| The Northwest China has a vast territory,and the climate is suitable for the growth of Cortinarius s.l.fungi.In this study,296 specimens of Cortinarius s.l.were collected from Gansu Province,Qinghai Province,Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.The method of modified CTAB and monoclonal were used to extract total DNA from the specimens,while ITS(nontranscribed intergenic spacer)fragments were amplified and sequenced.The phylogenetic tree was constructed by Maximum Likelihood method using RAxML v.8.2.10 manual software,and the species were classified and identified based on the morphological characteristics.The economic value and distribution law of Cortinarius s.l.in northwest China were statistically analyzed.The main results list follows:1.A total of 143 phylogenetic species of Cortinarius s.l.were identified in Northwest China,including 1 species of Aureonarius,22 species of Calonarius,99 species of Cortinarius s.str.,2 species of Cystinarius,12 species of Phlegmacium and 7species of Thaxterogaster.In the genus Cortinarius s.str.,there were 13 species in the subgenus Camphorati,1 species in the subgenus Cortinarius,4 species in the subgenus Dermocybe,1 species in the subgenus Illumini,4 species in the subgenus Infracti,2species of subgenus Iodolentes,2 species of subgenus Leprocybe,5 species of subgenus Mycacium,66 species of subgenus Telamonia and 1 species of subgenus Laeti.Including 14 new records in China,9 new recordeds from Gansu Province,3 new recordeds from Qinghai Province,7 new recordeds from Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,and 66 suspected new species.2.The results of distribution analysis showed that Calonarius and Cortinarius s.str.were widely distributed in Gansu,Ningxia,Qinghai and Xinjiang.Phlegmacium species were more distributed in Xinjiang and Gansu.Thaxterogaster was only distributed in Longnan of Gansu Province as well as Yili and Hami of Xinjiang,while Cystinarius was only distributed in Longnan of Gansu Province.3.The results of resource evaluation showed that there were 15 kinds of known edible fungi,5 kinds of known medicinal fungi and no known toxic fungi in the Cortinarius s.l.,but the edible and toxic properties of 127 species of them were not clear.This study preliminarily clarified the species diversity,distribution law and economic value of some species of Cortinarius s.l.in Northwest China,as well as the differences in the floristic characteristics of Cortinarius s.l.from other regions,and provided theoretical support for the protection,development and utilization of Cortinarius s.l.resources in Northwest China. |
