As an important weather system in the southwest of China,the Kunming quasistationary front influences the climate and other geographic environments in a large area of the southwest,and special recreational environmental factors may be formed within the Kunming quasi-stationary front oscillation zone.There is little research information about Kunming quasi-stationary front and the surface extent of Kunming quasi-stationary front oscillation zone has not been defined yet.In this paper,the spatial and temporal characteristics of the Kunming quasi-stationary front are used as the starting point to delineate the oscillation zone affected by the Kunming quasi-stationary front,to identify the central zone with the highest frequency of oscillation,to analyze the geographical and environmental characteristics of the oscillation zone,and finally to identify the recreation environmental factors in it,and to propose the direction of utilization for the development of recreation tourism according to the different recreation environmental characteristics in the region.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The initial range of the Kunming quasi-stationary frontal oscillation zone was determined based on the ground differences in satellite images of different ages in Yunnan,Guizhou and Sichuan,and the final range of the Kunming quasi-stationary frontal oscillation zone was defined by superimposing the temperature and precipitation distribution maps for the past 20 years and using the most intuitive satellite cloud maps.The oscillation zone is located between 24°65'N and 29°12'N,101°01'E and 108°20'E.Based on the location distribution of past quasi-stationary front activity types in Kunming,the area with the highest frequency of quasi-stationary front activity in Kunming is defined as the central zone with the eastern buffer zone to the east and the western buffer zone to the west with the help of DEM elevation data of the whole oscillation zone.(2)Different regional meteorological stations within the oscillation zone were selected for comparative analysis of internal climate characteristics.Due to the influence of quasi-stationary fronts in Kunming,the geographic features of the eastern and western buffer zones differ greatly in terms of temperature,precipitation,relative humidity,air pressure,wind speed and sunshine hours.The central zone is often characterized by the convergence of fronts,presenting a "transitional" role.In addition,the entire oscillating zone has a complex and diverse landscape,rich water resources,a large number of plant types,and rich soil types,and the population is concentrated in the central zone and its surrounding areas.Based on the geographical environment characteristics,the recreational environmental factors in the oscillating zone were identified based on various assessment methods.A total of 5 main categories and 16 basic types of recreation environmental factors were identified.(1)Temperature: The average annual temperature of the whole oscillating zone is 13.89℃-17.15℃,which is suitable for recreation.In summer,basically the average temperature of the whole area is between 18.37℃-26℃,which is the most comfortable area.In winter,the central belt and the western buffer belt are warmer and more comfortable than the eastern buffer belt.(2)Barometric pressure: The quarterly barometric pressure changes in the whole oscillating zone are between 26.6hpa-39.9hpa,which are more suitable for recreation.The quarterly barometric pressure changes in the west buffer zone and the central zone are smaller than those in the east buffer zone,and the recreation value is higher.(3)Relative humidity: The relative humidity value in a small area in the east buffer zone is greater than 80%,which is not suitable for recreation,while other areas are suitable for recreation,with relative humidity values mostly between 46% and 80%.(4)Air quality: AQI in the northern part of the eastern buffer zone is about 70 with a good grade,while the air quality in other areas is basically excellent Ⅰ with AQI within50.(5)Sunshine hours: The average annual sunshine hours are 892h-1300 h in the eastern buffer zone,1200h-1600 h in the central zone,and 1300h-1700 h in the western buffer zone.(6)Elevation: The elevation of the eastern buffer zone is most suitable for recreation,with a large area below 1600 m above sea level.(7)Geomagnetic: The geomagnetic recreation value of the whole oscillating belt increases from north to south.(8)Geomorphology: The geomorphology of each area in the oscillating zone is diverse and complex,which is suitable for geomorphological recreation.(9)Soil elements: The central belt has the most diverse and concentrated soil elements,mainly iron,copper,nickel,chromium,zinc,etc.(10)Landscape hydroponics: The central zone and the eastern buffer zone are richer in landscape hydroponics resources than the western buffer zone.(11)Hot springs: The central belt is the richest in hot spring resources,with several gathering points.(12)Forest: Coniferous forests are mainly distributed in the west buffer zone,broad-leaved forests are distributed in small patches in the northern part of the central zone and the northern part of the east buffer zone,and broad-leaved shrubs are mainly distributed in the east buffer zone.(13)Plant essence: The west buffer zone is the most abundant in plant essence resources,followed by the central zone and finally the east buffer zone.(14)Tea-nourishing resources: The largest tea species and cultivation scale are found in the eastern buffer zone.(15)Medicinal and recreational resources: There are rich kinds of medicinal resources in each region.(16)Minority culture recreation: The eastern buffer zone has the largest concentration of minority groups,and there are more cultural elements that can be used for recreation.(3)Each partition of the swing belt makes use of different recreation environment features to create different characteristic recreation areas.The central zone has better climatic conditions,gathering of soil recreation elements and more hot spring resources,so it is suitable for developing elemental recreation;the eastern buffer zone has a suitable altitude,rich tea and recreation resources and colorful minority culture,so it is suitable for developing cultural recreation;the western buffer zone has the best climatic conditions,more forest resources and plant essence resources,so it is suitable for developing sunny forest recreation.In the direction of utilization,the oscillating zone can also create a characteristic climate recreation zone,integrate the recreation environmental factors with other industries and make mixed use of their respective recreation environmental factors to help the development of recreation tourism in the oscillating zone. |
