Rural planning is of great significance to promote the construction of a well-off society and is related to the overall situation of sustainable and healthy social development.With the advantages of high spatial resolution,high accuracy,high timeliness and low cost,UAV tilt photogrammetry technology has been widely used in large scale topographic mapping,urban and rural planning and land resource management,etc.The diversity of survey results produced by it plays a pivotal role in promoting the construction of realistic 3D China.However,the traditional 3D model generated based on third-party software is a continuous whole and cannot be selected and highlighted individually,resulting in a poorly applied model.At present,rural planning is still carried out by manual measurement and traditional two-dimensional graphic design,and there are problems such as incomplete access to planning information and low work efficiency.In view of the above problems,this paper takes the tilt photogrammetry 3D model as the data source and relies on the dynamic monolithic technology to realize the development of the auxiliary rural planning system,and discusses its role in the auxiliary rural planning and makes application case analysis.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Model production and accuracy evaluation.The production process of the realworld 3D model is discussed,and the absolute error and relative error are selected as evaluation indexes to analyze the accuracy of the control point coordinates results on the 3D model.The experimental results show that the root mean square error of plane coordinates of Xiaozhai village in Zhaotong City is 0.035 m,and the root mean square error of elevation coordinates is 0.059 m,which meets the accuracy requirements of the3 D model for rural planning.(2)3D realistic model monolithic.In view of the lack of spatial dimensional information in 2D model and the inability of 3D model to query,select and statistically analyze features,the research on monomerization and establishment of correspondence between model and attributes is carried out,combined with DSM data to provide a fast method to complete vector surface data collection of features,collect basic information of the village,add attribute fields for features,combine with realistic 3D model,complete data entry of feature attributes,realize the system is designed and applied.(3)System design and application.Traditional rural planning is mostly carried out in the form of text and pictures,which is difficult to reflect the spatial characteristics of geographical and physical elements.The system is oriented to the information required for rural planning,based on HTML5,CSS,Java Script front-end technology,as well as j Query and Layui front-end auxiliary framework,to complete the auxiliary rural planning system design.The system realizes the functions of spatial calculation,map checking attribute,attribute map checking,statistical analysis and buffer analysis on the 3D model,and verifies the applicability of the system in assisting rural planning with planning cases.The results show that the system can not only expand the application scope of the real 3D model,but also facilitate the sharing of the results and provide convenience for the government and related personnel in planning,which has certain practical significance.
