The city is the center of human agglomeration and socio-economic culture,and is a highly integrated geographical complex of geographic information.As a high-tech in the field of international surveying and mapping,oblique photography breaks the limitation of traditional aerial measurement technology by exposing multi-angle photos and gaining terrain information with five multi-angle camera.Efficiently acquisition of urban three-dimensional geographic information using oblique photography technology and establishing dynamic,multi-level,two-dimensional integration of urban information system will will accelerate the process of urban modernization and better committed to the construction of intelligent city.Based on the oblique photography technology,this paper discusses the rapid acquisition of urban real 3D model and the integrated management method of urban all-factor two and three dimensional information.Firstly,the three-dimensional reconstruction process and the related algorithm of the fully automated grid model of the oblique image are analyzed,and the method of the monomerized tilting model is discussed.Secondly,using 3DML reorganized by tilt model,we propose a solution of three-dimensional scene with two-dimensional vector data management under the premise of vector matching single objectization.Finally,the realization of the three-dimensional management prototype system based on the tilt model is realized,and the feasibility of the three-dimensional management technology is verified.This study has achieved the following results and conclusions:1)Research on reconstruction algorithm for oblique model.Study the main principles and algorithms of the three-dimensional reconstruction of the oblique model,including automatic aerial triangulation of multi-view images,DSM extraction by dense matching,texture extraction and automatic mapping etc.2)Proposed a solution to the rapid extraction of building contours.discusses the semi-automatic extraction method of building contours based on the oblique image or model,and proposes the rapid extraction of building contours based on the extraction contours with ArcGIS tools.3)Proposed two-dimensional integrated management of oblique model.Based on the two-dimensional vector data sets,the object model of the layered model is organized and managed to manage the feature elements in the three-dimensional scene.4)Completed design and development of three-dimensional urban management prototype system.Based on Skyline TerraExplorer secondary development platform and the use of ArcGIS API components to initially design and implementation of three-dimensisonal urban management prototype system,the system mainly includes three-dimensional scene browsing,spatial measurement,spatial query,two-dimensional spatial analysis,three-dimensional spatial analysis of five functional modules.
