UAV tilt photogrammetry technology can obtain short-term image data quickly,after years of development,by virtue of its high flexibility,high reliability,low cost and high precision and a series of advantages,has been widely used in industry,agriculture and forestry,land,electricity,city planning and other fields,especially the remote sensing image fast access to higher the resolution in flight region has obvious advantages for emergency rescue,digital city and national census geography plays an important role.Compared with the traditional measurement method,the measurement of unmanned aerial vehicle has many advantages,which has been favored by the society.But the UAV tilt photogrammetry is one of the difficulties to establish the three-dimensional model,the past 3D model by photogrammetry,CAD technology,with the establishment of two-dimensional three-dimensional texture,are using artificial methods,paste the cost is high,there is a large workload.In this paper,the 3D modeling is based on the special software modeling,which is based on the image texture of the high resolution oblique photography three-dimensional model,the texture is true,so you can build a more realistic three-dimensional model.The main research direction of this paper is the oblique photogrammetry and 3D modeling of UAV,and the application of the following model in the EPS geographic information workstation.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,the basic theory of photogrammetry 3D modeling technology of inclined machine are introduced,including the principle,characteristics and technical specification of non tilt photogrammetry technology of UAV,and method of 3D modeling research,and applied in unmanned tilt measurement of 3D modeling of photography,including processing and matching,texture mapping,multi view image pre.Mainly introduces the distortion correction algorithms,dodging uniform color,MPGC algorithm and multi relaxation image matching,and based on the texture mapping method of oblique aerial photography technology.Then no photogrammetry 3D modeling application of man-machine tilting condition were introduced,including the Tatu UAV system,SVS in low altitude photogrammetry software and Smart3D 3D modeling software Capture.Finally,the test machine inclination measuring 3D modeling of photography,including the test process,the modeling process of Smart3D Capture system,completed the establishment of three-dimensional model of the experimentation area,and the accuracy of the model was verified,and introduces the general situation,the main function of EPS GIS workstation,3D mapping tilt photography function.Finally,the model of Smart3D is introduced into EPS to carry out the experiment of 3D mapping,and compared with the traditional mapping mode of advantage.
