With the development of machine vision technology and the continuous progress of UAV technology, the methods of rapid terrain reconstruction, facility management and dynamic monitoring by UAV have been widely used in many engineering construction projects, including water conservancy projects. In this study,we used UAV tilt photogrammetry technology,Altizure UAV ground control software to get the tilt photogrammetry data, and used Pix4 d Mapper three-dimensional modeling software,to create high-precision three-dimensional model of the Yellow River Irrigation Canal grit chamber in Panzhuang Irrigation District,Dezhou City, with just a small amount of manual intervention. At the same time, the method of improving the accuracy of the model and reducing the time cost in the process is discussed. Finally, the three-dimensional model acquired by this method is applied to the monitoring of topographic changes of grit chamber, land use planning, real estate resource survey and water conservancy facilities management, and the results obtained are compared with those obtained by traditional methods, and the results obtained are evaluated. This study provides a new way to acquire data for the management and planning of water conservancy facilities, and has important practical significance for improving the planning and management level of water conservancy facilities such as grit chamber.
