Study On Microclimate Improvement Of Plaza Surrounding Buildings In Central Business District Based On Behavioral Characteristics

From the perspective of economic development,a large number of problems such as increased population density,high regional land price,urban land shortage and resource shortage have led to the development trend of high-density compact cities.Features such as land intensive and functional aggregation have become common building forms of CBD.CBD of large cities concentrates political,economic,cultural and service space,and its construction brings convenience and development to the city.At present,the core characteristics and capabilities of CBD development mainly include attracting and retaining talents,having a high quality of urban environment,connecting to the global economic network and comfortable office space.However,with the massive construction of CBD,it also brings problems such as the adverse impact of dense buildings on the urban environment and the comfort of public space,resulting in the lack of urban charm and urban attraction.In this context,the construction of plazas around CBD buildings has great practical significance and theoretical value for optimizing CBD space.CBD building surrounding squares and ordinary city squares have certain typical differences in crowd characteristics,behavior characteristics,crowd density and other aspects.The improvement of plazas around CBD buildings based on behavioral characteristics can better construct urban CBD,so as to enhance urban quality and build a better international first-class CBD.This paper takes plazas around CBD buildings in Chaoyang District,Beijing as the research object,and discusses the public space of plazas around buildings.Investigate squares located around buildings in different directions,as well as infrastructure and crowd behavior patterns and characteristics.The most comfortable square space is summarized,and through the combination of ENVI-met simulation software,the research results of people are integrated to create a human-oriented working and living environment.First of all,this paper combs and summarizes the related concepts of thermal comfort and crowd behavior and activity pattern and domestic and foreign research.The plazas around CBD buildings in Chaoyang District of Beijing were classified,and six representative samples were selected for in-depth study.Microclimate data were obtained through field measurement,and the behavior,activity time and thermal comfort of the crowd were evaluated based on questionnaires and crowd behavior observation.At the same time,ENVI-met software was used for data verification,and the correlation between environmental comfort level and crowd activity behavior was further studied,and the relationship between microclimate factors and thermal comfort level was summarized,as well as the influence on crowd activity.Finally,based on the above research,this paper discusses and studies the internal relationship between the microclimate of plazas around CBD buildings and the crowd behavior patterns,and puts forward suggestions on the optimization of plazas around CBD buildings,which provides certain theoretical basis for the future planning and construction of CBD and has great practical and social significance.
