| The evaluation of logistics efficiency is the basis to achieve a breakthrough of improving the quality of logistics,reducing the cost and increasing the efficiency,and also the key to the high-quality development of regional logistics collaborative integration.This paper focuses on evaluating the overall development level of the logistics efficiency in East China,and studies its related influencing factors,so as to provide a practical and reliable basis for the government to carry out the overall logistics layout and quickly grasp the new power of logistics innovation and development.At the beginning in this paper,logistics efficiency evaluation index system was constructed,and the DEA-BCC model and DEA super efficiency model were established to carry out static analysis of logistics efficiency in East China during the 13 th Five-Year Plan period,it includes three aspects,which were pure technical efficiency,scale efficiency and comprehensive technical efficiency.The results showed significant differences in logistics industry efficiency among provinces and cities in East China,however,the overall efficiency level in this region was higher than the national level.Then,the dynamic analysis of logistics efficiency in East China during the 13 th Five-Year Plan period is carried out by Malmquist index model.The results show that the development of logistics industry efficiency in East China is relatively stable.Finally,the Tobit regression model was used to analyze the factors affecting the logistics efficiency level.The results showed that the logistics efficiency in East China had a significant positive correlation with the resource utilization rate,location factors and the education level of employees respectively,and their impact decreased in turn;and had a negative correlation with the informatization level.Based on the evaluation results,influencing factors and related policy analysis,four suggestions are put forward to improve the coordinated and integrated development of logistics in East China.First,optimization of the allocation of resources and making effective use of resources are necessary;Second,we should rely on the location advantage to promote the circulation of resources;Third,to promote technology research and development,we have to strengthen scientific and technological innovation;Fourth,we need regional connectivity to bring into play its diffusion effect. |
