The development of traditional architecture not only brings strong support to the national economy,but also brings huge environmental pollution and energy crisis,and its development goes against the current concept of "double carbon".As a result,the main theme of the current development of the construction industry,which is of significant relevance to achieve sustainable development,is to promote the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry as well as the efficient development of green buildings.In recent years,cities have introduced a variety of good measures to encourage the construction enterprises to develop green buildings successively.But compared with developed countries,green building started late in our country.The development level is low at present,there are related concept is not mature,the system is not perfect,and the level of consumer acceptance is low.The conflicting interests of all parties also hinder the promotion and implementation of green buildings to a certain extent.Based on this,how to balance the interest and economic relations among various stakeholders is an urgent problem to promote the healthy and sustainable development of green buildings and realize the goal of double carbon.By defining the main stakeholders in the process of green building promotion,building evolutionary game model and system dynamics model,this paper finds out the sensitive factors that affect the development of all parties,it offers a potent resource for advancing the advancement of green construction and quickening the achievement of the "double carbon" target.The following are the details of the research covered in this paper:Firstly,evolutionary game theory is introduced to discuss the choice of behavior mechanism of various stakeholders in the process of green building promotion.Starting from the stakeholder theory,this paper analyzes from the dimensions of management,supply and demand and finds out three stakeholders that fit with the government,construction enterprises and consumers as the research object of evolutionary game.Through parameter setting in different situations,the paper constructs the two-party and three-party evolutionary game models among each subject respectively.The stable equilibrium points of each party are solved dynamically by replicators,and the conditions of each stable equilibrium point are analyzed based on Lyapunov stability theory.According to the stability theory and the operation law of the green building market,the optimal stable equilibrium point at present is finally found as(1,1,1),that is,the strategy choice of the government,construction enterprises and consumers is(incentive,development of green buildings,purchase of green buildings).Secondly,this paper uses the theory of system dynamics to analyze the tripartite evolutionary game.By constructing the SD simulation model of the tripartite evolutionary game of the green building promotion system,it objectively shows the logical relationship between various factors in the system,and scientifically assigns each parameter based on relevant literature and actual demand.With the help of Vensim software,the sensitivity of evolutionary stable equilibrium points and related parameters were analyzed,and the control variable method was used to simulate the related parameters,and various behavioral evolution path mechanisms were vividly displayed.Through the simulation analysis results of system dynamics,the accuracy of the judgment of Lyapunov’s stable equilibrium point condition in the chapter of evolutionary game is further verified,and the government’s reward and punishment coefficient,incremental cost of construction enterprises and other factors are identified as sensitive factors.Finally,starting from the simulation results of evolutionary game model and SD model,the paper studies the management strategy in the process of green building promotion from the three dimensions of government,construction enterprises and consumers,and proposes that each stakeholder should focus on management,technology and talents.Figure[24] Table[10] Reference[74]...
