| With the continuous improvement of China’s status in global trade, people have begun to pay more and more attention to the trade benefits brought by international trade.China’s early research on trade mainly focused on export trade, until the outbreak of the economic crisis in 2008 led to the deterioration of China’s export trade environment, only to expose the fragility of this economic development model, people began to pay more attention to import trade, the status of import trade in China’s foreign trade activities is becoming more and more important.Recently, the state has proposed to actively expand the import policy, not only to follow the choice of economic development, but also an important choice for China’s development in the new era,and how to make import trade move in a direction conducive to the development of China’s economic level has become a problem worth considering. At the same time,in order to achieve sustainable economic development and alleviate environmental pollution, under the background of the national dual carbon goal and the transformation and development of green economy,it is of certain practical significance to study the impact of imported intermediate goods on green total factor productivity,so this paper discusses the impact of China’s imported intermediate technology spillover on green total factor productivity, and strives to improve China’s green total factor productivity while improving and protecting the environment, and promote the sustainable development of China’s economy.Firstly, this paper classifies and summarizes the definition of intermediate goods, the measurement methods of technological spillover, the measurement methods of green total factor productivity and the influencing factors.Secondly,on the basis of the research results of previous scholars, the impact path of technology spillover of intermediate goods imports on green total factor productivity is analyzed from endogenous economic growth theory and new trade theory, scale effect, substitution effect, competition effect and clean effect.Thirdly, the development trend of China’s three types of intermediate goods imports and the change characteristics and trends of green total factor productivity in various provinces from 2001 to 2014 are analyzed and summarized. Then, according to the world input-output table in the WIOD database from 2001 to 2014,the low, medium and high-tech manufactured goods imported by 8 developed countries and 5 developing countries were selected and used labor, capital and energy as input indicators, and regional GDP,carbon emissions, industrial sulfur dioxide, wastewater and general industrial solid waste were used as output indicators to measure the green total factor productivity of 30 provinces in China. The empirical evidence shows that there is a significant positive correlation between technology spillover of imported intermediate goods and green total factor productivity, and the technological spillover of imported intermediate goods significantly promotes the improvement of green total factor productivity.Explain that optimizing the behavior of imported intermediate goods will help improve China’s green total factor productivity; Finally, based on the main research conclusions, this paper puts forward the following suggestions on how to improve China’s green total factor productivity: first, strictly control the quality of imported intermediate goods, optimize the import structure of intermediate goods, and increase the import of high-tech products;Second, standardize government intervention, strengthen supervision and continuously improve environmental protection mechanisms;Third, strengthen the cultivation of human resources and promote the accumulation of human capital quality;Fourth, continuously optimize and upgrade the industrial structure and promote the transformation of green economy;Fifth, improve the entry threshold and utilization efficiency of foreign investment, and strengthen coordination and cooperation with foreign-funded enterprises. |
