| As an important work in airport construction project,meteorological assessment work is closely related to airport site selection,evaluation and flight safety.This study constructs the evaluation index system of spatial meteorological elements and ground meteorological elements based on the order mass center method(ROC)and time-series global principal component analysis(GPCA)to optimize the process of meteorological assessment of airport site selection.Finally,the feasibility and applicability of this meteorological element evaluation index system is verified by taking Tianzhu Airport in Guizhou as an example.The main work of this paper is as follows:1)The evaluation system of spatial meteorological elements was constructed to assess the impact of spatial meteorological elements.Six factors of wind speed,precipitation,air pressure,humidity,air temperature and snow accumulation were selected as spatial meteorological element indicators,and the Kriging interpolation method was used to interpolate the spatial meteorological data and reclassify the evaluation factors.The order mass center method(ROC)was used to calculate the weight of spatial meteorological element indexes,and weights were assigned to the single factor standard layer to obtain the map of meteorological condition suitability index of the autonomous region where Tianzhu County is located.The most suitable area accounted for 46.4% of the whole area and the least suitable area was 48.6%,and the most suitable area of meteorological conditions within Tianzhu County was narrowed down to 46.2%,and the least suitable area of 49.6% was excluded.2)Based on the results of spatial meteorological assessment,the evaluation system of ground meteorological elements is constructed to verify the rationality of ground meteorological factors.The meteorological observations of alternative stations A,B and C within the suitable range were collected,and eight indicators such as wind speed and visibility were selected to form the evaluation system of ground meteorological factors with the structure of target layer,constraint layer and indicator layer.Based on GPCA to test the validity of monthly meteorological indicators,the value of KMO statistic for each month is greater than0.5 and the significance of Bartlett’s sphericity test is less than 0.05,which proves the reasonableness of the evaluation factors.3)Evaluate the influence of spatial meteorological elements.Three principal components F1,F2 and F3,which can reflect the original index information,were selected to calculate the combined scores of sites A,B and C for each month,and GIS technology was applied to obtain the spatial and temporal distribution of the evaluation area of superior and inferior meteorological conditions.The visualization results show that the area of the optimal evaluation area of site B accounts for 65.4% of the total area throughout the year,while sites A and C only account for 17.4% and 8.33%.And further sensitivity analysis was conducted for Site B.The variation of the optimal evaluation area at Site B was about 15%,indicating that the meteorological conditions were more stable.In summary,site B is the site with the best meteorological conditions. |
