With the strengthening of the country’s supervision of mining enterprises,the safety requirements for mining enterprises are also getting higher and higher.Mine tunnel gas safety as an important factor in mine production safety,has always been the focus of attention.Model construction and real-time visualization research on gas leakage in mine tunnels are beneficial to the supervision of mine tunnel gas leakage and emergency response,and are of great significance to improving the level of production safety in mining areas.significant.However,traditional gas leakage simulation has problems such as low simulation accuracy,low visualization dimension,low rendering efficiency,and poor interaction,which makes it difficult to meet the needs of efficient simulation and interactive analysis of mine tunnel gas leakage in the new digital era.In view of the above problems,this paper intends to carry out research on efficient visualization methods for mine gas leakage,and develop a prototype system to carry out case analysis.The main research work and achievements in this paper are as follows:(1)Propose a method for constructing the spatio-temporal voxel model of gas based on improved spatio-temporal kriging interpolation.First,introduce the spatio-temporal voxel model for efficient organization of gas leak data;Then propose the spatio-temporal kriging interpolation method to encrypt the multi-temporal gas data,and use spatiotemporal sliding neighborhood method to improve the interpolation efficiency;Then,through the steps of mine space voxelization,voxel value sampling calculation,volume data normalization,spatiotemporal sequence generation,the spatio-temporal voxel model is constructed,which realizes the overall coherent expression of the gas leakage process;Finally,constructe the transfer function to realize the mutual mapping relationship between the voxel values of the spatio-temporal voxel model and the visual optical features.(2)Propose a visualization scene construction method of mine tunnel gas leakage based on ray casting method.First analyze the data type of the mine tunnel visualization scene,and constructed a multi-level compound pyramid model to efficiently organize and optimize scheduling of multi-type data;Then according to the incoming spatio-temporal voxel model,the mine tunnel gas leakage volume rendering simulation based on ray casting method is realized by constructing the volume bounding box,performing ray casting,calculating the starting and ending points,resampling value calculation,transfer function attribute mapping and image fusion.;Finally,study the volume rendering acceleration method of ray early termination and step acceleration method,and realize real-time dynamic visualization of mine gas leakage scene.(3)Developed prototype system and conducted experimental analysis.According to the method of this paper,using three.js,node.js and My SQL,a prototype system for dynamic visualization and simulation scene of mine tunnel gas leakage is designed,and carry out case study experimental analysis.The results show that the spatio-temporal voxel model constructed by this method can have better accuracy and detail features with acceptable time consumption,and the constructed visualization scene can realize the smooth simulation of mine tunnel gas leakage process,keep the framerate around 120 fps during the leak process demonstration and visualization interaction,and meet the real-time and smooth interaction requirements of volume rendering.
