| Objective: To observe the immediate effects of different types of taping on isokinetic muscle strength,proprioception and posture control on knee joint muscle fatigue induced by eccentric exercise.Methods:A total of 30 male healthy college students were recruited and their right dominant leg was selected for the experiment.Randomly conduct 4 groups of interventions on each subject,tested under four conditions: normal,fatigue,white patch,and kinesio taping.The inter group testing requires a 7-day washout period.The muscles attached are quadriceps femoris and hamstring.Except for the normal group,the other three groups should receive the fatigue plan.The normal group was tested directly;In the fatigue group,the knee joint was subjected to continuous flexion and extension under the eccentric / eccentric mode of the United States Biodex Multi-joint Isokinetic Muscle Strength Training System,and then the fatigue model was induced.When fatigue appeared,the index test was conducted immediately;The athletic tape group adopted the same fatigue modeling scheme,and immediately received the white patch after fatigue and carried out relevant tests;The kinesio taping group received kinesio tapingimmediately after fatigue and was tested.Test indicators include isokinetic muscle strength,proprioception and posture control.The muscle strength index includes the peak moment of flexion/extension,average peak moment and average power of knee joint at 60°/s and 180°/s angular velocity;The proprioception index includes the absolute error value of knee joint angle;Posture control is evaluated by static balance and dynamic balance(stability limit).Statistical analysis was performed by SPSS21.0 software.Results:(1)In the isokinetic muscle strength results,compared with the normal group,the peak moment of knee flexion and extension and the average peak moment in the fatigue group were lower at 60 °/s and 180 °/s angular velocities,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the fatigue group,there was no significant difference in the peak moment of knee flexion and extension,the average peak moment and the average power of the knee joint in the white patch group at 60 °/s and 180 °/s angular velocities(P>0.05),while the peak moment of knee extension of the kinesio tapingwas higher at the two angular velocities(P<0.05).Compared with the white patch group,the kinesio tapinggroup had higher peak moment of knee extension at two angular velocities(P<0.05).(2)In proprioception,compared with the normal group,the absolute error value of joint angle in the fatigue group at 20 ° knee flexion and 45 ° knee extension was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the fatigue group,there was no significant difference in the absolute error value of joint angle between the athletic tape group at 20 ° knee flexion and 45 ° knee extension(P>0.05),while the error value of the kinesio tapinggroup was lower(P<0.05).Compared with the athletic tape group,the absolute error value of joint angle in the kinesio tapinggroup was lower at20 ° knee flexion and 45 ° knee extension(P<0.05).(3)In the dynamic balance index of posture control,the stability limit of the front and back directions of the fatigue group was lower than that of the normal group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the fatigue group,the stability limit in each direction of the athletic tape group was not significantly different(P>0.05),while the stability limit in the front direction of the kinesio tapinggroup was higher.Compared with the athletic tape group,the stability limit of the kinesio tapinggroup in the front and back directions was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)In the static balance index of posture control,compared with the normal group,the fatigue group had higher average velocity,movement ellipse area and movement length in the front and back directions when the eyes were open and closed,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the fatigue group,the average velocity and elliptical area of movement in the front and back directions of the athletic tape group and the kinesio tapinggroup were lower when the eyes were open and closed(P<0.05).Compared with the athletic tape group,the kinesio tapinggroup had lower movement length in the open and closed eyes,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)The kinesio taping is better than the athletic tape in improving the muscle strength and proprioception of the knee joint muscles induced byeccentric movement.(2)Both athletic tape and kinesio taping can improve the posture balance ability of knee joint after eccentric muscle fatigue.However,kinesio taping is better in improving dynamic balance and athletic tape is better in improving static balance. |
