Due to the rapid development of competitive sports and national fitness,sports fatigue is inevitable for both athletes and ordinary people.The recovery of sports fatigue has become a concern in our daily life.In order to avoid the adverse effects of fatigue on body health,we should pay attention to and study the methods to accelerate fatigue recovery.Although there are many methods to alleviate exercise fatigue,the existing methods have limitations such as time limitation and dependence on doctors and medical knowledge,so people have more urgent needs for the convenience of relieving fatigue.Transcranial pulsed current stimulation(t PCS)is a transcranial electrical stimulation technique that can apply low intensity pulsed electrical signals to specific brain regions.It has the characteristics of non-invasive,safe and convenient,and can be applied in the field of fatigue recovery.In view of the market demand for portable fatigue recovery means and the current situation of domestic experts for the development of transcranial pulse electrical stimulation instrument,this paper developed a portable transcranial pulse electrical stimulation instrument based on FPGA and applied it in the field of fatigue recovery.Using Verilog HDL programming,FPGA responds to the setting of external parameters in real time,sends instructions to each drive module and outputs corresponding digital electrical signals.Then,after processing by DAC and constant current source circuit,the rectangular pulse electrical signals with adjustable frequency and duty ratio are output,and the energizing pole acts on the corresponding position of animal brain region to carry out animal experimental research.In this paper,the mechanism of sports fatigue and the methods to combat fatigue are described firstly,and then the design concept of applying t PCS in the field of sports fatigue recovery is introduced.Secondly,by analyzing the range of safety parameters of transcranial electrical stimulation on human body and the results of various clinical experiments,the design parameters of each part of the t PCS prototype were determined.Then the hardware circuit download configuration circuit module,power module,human-computer interaction module,D/A conversion module,constant current source module and software pulse generation module,stimulus time module,serial port sending module,display button module and so on.In the simulation,Quartus II and Model Sim software are used for co-simulation to detect the output pulse signal waveform.Finally,in order to test the effectiveness of the t PCS prototype in accelerating the recovery from exercise fatigue,animal experiments were designed.t PCS were used to stimulate the deep nucleus mass of the brain and selectively stimulate the secretion mechanism of neurotransmitters such as dopamine,lactate dehydrogenase and creatine kinase,so as to accelerate the recovery time to the healthy concentration.The experimental data were compared and analyzed.The results showed that t PCS significantly enhanced the fatigue recovery effect. |
