| In order to achieve the Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutral plan,the automotive industry needs to achieve the goal of transitioning to electrification.China’s new energy vehicle production and sales have ranked first in the world for seven consecutive years.At the same time,the number of power batteries retired by new energy vehicles is also increasing year by year.New energy vehicles are known for their green image,and the realization of green design of power batteries from the source to recycling and reuse is conducive to realizing the original intention of the development of new energy vehicles.Therefore,considering the ecological design and recycling of power batteries can help power battery manufacturers achieve green to green value responsibility.In order to achieve a green to green cycle of power batteries,power battery manufacturers need to eco-design power batteries in the production stage,help the recycling and reuse of subsequent batteries,solve the problem that they do not have recycling capacity in the recycling stage,and establish a reuse industry alliance with recyclers in the case of the initial development of the power battery reuse market to recycle retired power batteries.In order to discuss the above problems,we first read domestic and foreign literature,construct the evolution game between power battery manufacturers and the government in the production stage,and analyze the impact of current fund policies on the ecological design of power battery manufacturers for power batteries.Secondly,in order to standardize the recycling stage of power batteries,this paper takes the entrusted recycling process of power batteries as the actual basis,constructs a three-way evolutionary game model with the government,manufacturers and third-party recyclers as the main body,and then establishes a system dynamics model,takes the cooperation between Ning Deshidai and Ge Linmei enterprises as an example for simulation,and puts forward targeted proposals for each subject according to the different sensitivity of each recycling entity to different exogenous variables.Finally,a reuse process game model involving power battery manufacturers and recyclers is established,numerical simulation is carried out,and suggestions are put forward for the establishment of a reuse industry alliance in the early stage of the reuse market.It is found that:(1)production stage: the government’s current fund policy will promote the ecological design of power battery manufacturers to power batteries,and about 6 years will be completely converted into an eco-design power battery strategy,and optimize and improve the fund policy in the direction of adjusting the basic environmental tax and the ecological design level of power batteries,which will promote manufacturers to achieve eco-design power battery strategies faster;(2)Recycling stage: the power battery manufacturer can reach a recycling agreement with a third-party recycler in terms of profits,liquidated damages,and opportunity costs of the recycler to ensure the recycling of power batteries;(3)Reuse stage: manufacturers in the process of game with reuse companies will appear four evolutionary stability points(0,0),(0,1),(1,0),(1,1)and a saddle,manufacturers in the establishment of the reuse industry alliance in the leading state,can avoid power batteries into informal channels,regulate the formal recycling of power batteries,the government can provide subsidies to break the deadlock of cooperation when the reuse market is deadlocked to achieve the best strategy. |
