China's sharing economy has shown explosive growth Since 2010.After the "first year of the sharing economy" in 2015,the recycling of discarded shared products has ushered in a bottleneck period.Due to the separation of ownership and use rights and the complexity of production and operation of shared products, the environmental and economic benefits of the recycling process must also be comprehensively considered between the government's environmental protection department, the shared product operating platform and the multi-agents of upstream manufacturers interests and behavior decisions. This article first briefly describes the background of China's sharing economy and the current status of recycling of waste and shared products, and analyzes the current status of its theoretical research. Then, based on the extended producer responsibility system,an evolutionary game model was constructed and the stability analysis of the model was conducted on the behavior decision problems of the government, shared product operating platform, and upstream producers in the process of recycling shared waste products. Finally, the system dynamics theory is applied to the shared product recycling system.Through the analysis of the dynamic evolution path of the system dynamics simulation of the evolutionary game model, the feasibility and stability of the evolutionary game model are proved, and the main factors affecting the shared product recycling system are analyzed and obtained. The following main conclusions are drawn:(1)Under the pressure of the environmental deposit system,The environmental benefits brought by the operating platform's participation in recycling and the operating platform's non-participation in the recycling of the environmental governance costs that the government has to pay will not affect the recycling system's decision-making.(2)The revenue of the government plays a vital role in the stable operation of the shared product recycling system.During the recycling process, the government's total benefits must be ensured.Effective government supervision will become a necessary condition for the stable operation of the system.(3)The main factors that affect the dynamic stability of the shared product recycling system are: the government has the difference in social benefits obtained when the government takes different measures;the operation platform has the government participating in the operation platform under different regulatory measures or not Whether the participation can recover the environmental deposit;upstream manufacturers have the operating platform to choose whether to participate in the recycling, leading to whether upstream manufacturers need to pay for the salvage of waste shared products from the operating platform.(4)The dominant relationship among the three parties in the recycling system is that the government's regulatory policy guides the shared product operating platform to participate in the recycling, and the operating platform's participation in the recycling drives upstream manufacturers to undertake the recycling of the waste shared products.
