In recent years, the "Internet +" drug supply chain has entered the lives of residents, and online drug sales has become a new trend. The new version of the Drug Administration Law in 2019 allowed the sale of prescription drugs through online channels for the first time in terms of policy.According to the 2020 Digital Healthcare Insights Report, the penetration rate of online drug purchases has reached 31%.Meanwhile,consumer stockpiling of medicines has become the norm.Due to the increasingly prominent disadvantages of the original fixed-point recycling model, such as poor convenience, poor residents’ satisfaction, difficulty in setting up recycling points, and poor residents’ participation, the recycling of expired drugs has not achieved the expected good results. The door-to-door recovery of expired drugs in the "Internet+" drug supply chain is different from the original fixed-point recovery.Online drug recovery has the convenience of door-to-door recovery, the accuracy of scanning code traceability, and the incentive of positive feedback.Conducive to the effective recovery of expired medicines. In addition, considering corporate social responsibility is conducive to enhancing corporate brand value and improving corporate efficiency. Some pharmaceutical companies have taken corporate social responsibility into consideration to take the initiative to take the initiative to take back expired drugs. Therefore,it may be a new way to effectively solve the problem of expired drug recycling, considering that drug manufacturers and online drug sellers fulfill their corporate social responsibility for the door-to-door recycling of expired drugs. This paper firstly conducts an overall analysis of the home-based recall mechanism for expired medicines at home considering corporate social responsibility. On the basis of considering corporate social responsibility and the necessity of adopting home-based recycling, this paper conducts an overall analysis of the recycling process and the incentive relationship between the participants in the recycling process.Next, build a door-to-door recovery model, use Stackelberg game and Nash noncooperative game to analyze the recovery mode under different power structures, and use MATLAB to carry out numerical simulation analysis,so as to intuitively compare the different recovery modes under different power structures. The results show that:(1)Under the power structure dominated by online drug sellers and Nash’s noncooperative game, the corporate social responsibility behavior of corporate members is conducive to increasing the unit price of expired drug recovery subsidies, the unit recovery price of expired drugs, and the increase in the amount of expired drug recovery;(2)Under the power structure dominated by drug manufacturers, when the member enterprises undertake a higher degree of corporate social responsibility and the share of drug manufacturers is higher, the amount of expired drugs will be the largest;(3)No matter what power structure, drugs The total benefits pursued by manufacturers, online drug sellers and the supply chain as a whole are jointly affected by the extent and share of CSR undertaken by member companies. Finally, according to the analysis of the process and model example of home-delivery of expired medicines at home considering corporate social responsibility, the paper puts forward mechanism suggestions for the implementation of home-based recycling:(1)Select effective partners;(2)Cultivate the awareness of corporate social responsibility;(3)Strengthen the brand building of the drug supply chain;(4)Improve the drug traceability system;(5)Optimize the cooperation mechanism;(6)Explore new forms of incentives for residents. To provide theoretical basis and useful reference for the implementation and development of the home-based home-delivery drug recovery mechanism considering corporate social responsibility.
