Rainwater utilization is the key technology of sponge city,the roads in the urban construction land proportion is very big,from the point of view,the amount of rain water of city roads have great potential for development and utilization,based on the road early rain late poor water quality and water quality good characteristic,can abandon flow out higher levels of pollutants in the early rain,late for low pollutant concentration of rainwater treatment and resource utilization,appropriate of the early rain abandoned as a means of shunt flow device,can effectively separate rain early and late rain,and the way the early rain flow technology sort is various,but most of the abandon flow technology to stay on the idea,There are few targeted studies on a certain type of technology.Therefore,this paper proposes a simple technology for automatic runoff abandonment and resource utilization of rainwater at the initial stage of road,and carries out a series of studies around the technical concept.The main contents and relevant conclusions are as follows:(1)In this study way the early rain automatic flow device based on the traditional half volumetric abandon flow device is improved,retained the cover an area of an area small,low cost,simple and flexible operation,etc,and combining the research area for the design of the overall size of the given flow device,in order to the reasonable design key design parameters,make it meet the flow requirements,the design rainfall method to calculate way early rain water flow.The calculation results show that it is suggested that the initial rainwater abandonment flow of China-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city road is 5 mm,and the abandonment process of the runoff device is related to the rainfall process.Therefore,the initial rainwater abandonment flow of the road is determined as the runoff flow 30 min after considering the loss of 2 mm.(2)By conducting abandon flow pipe diameter rate of physical model experiment,the rainfall for 24 h and 2 h 0.33,0.5,1,2 years of design return period,by not flow device abandon flow volume and abandoned flow device within the water level change over time were studied,the main results indicate that,in the same design return period,namely under the same inflow discharge,abandon the flow pipe diameter,the greater the abandon the greater the flow,abandon the slower the flow within the device level rise,abandon the flow time and the final by abandon abandon flow the greater the volume of flow device.In addition,the diameter of the abandoned pipe meeting the criteria is positively correlated with its corresponding rainfall intensity.Under the test conditions and the range of rainfall intensity,the diameter of the abandoned pipe meeting the criteria has a logarithmic correlation with the increase of rainfall intensity.(3)By conducting experiments,to abandon the flow unit in 24 h and 2 h rainfall duration may occur once in 0.33,0.5,1,2,the design of the characteristics of pollutants under the return period flow effect is studied,through the pilot test carried out at the same time,to abandon flow device of abandoned flow effect,low potential to further remove effect of green space and snowmelt agent studied the influence of plant survival.The test results show that the conclusions obtained from the small test are basically consistent with those obtained from other types of abandonment devices in related studies.Within 24 h two years in a simulated rainfall runoff under the condition of pilot plant of abandon flow device is broadly in line with a given flow effect and the test results,and through the further purification of low potential of green space,water quality meets the demand of rainwater utilization,comprehensive pilot plant is calculated to SS,NH3-N,NO3-N,TP and CODcr removal rate is about 69%,65%,33%,36%,32%,so the pilot plant to simulate the characteristics of pollutants in road runoff have certain remove effect,overall effect is good.
