from economic power to comprehensive power,environmental problems have become the main factors that affect China's development.Countries in recent years,therefore,promote the building of sponge cities across the country,to city water problem as a starting point,the comprehensive governance environment as the ultimate purpose of sponge city theory became the guiding rainwater to use the localization theory system in our country.Will sacrifice the environment for economic development mode into environmental and economic help type ecological development pattern,the rain,as a kind of resource utilization,and give play to its economic value,social value and ecological value.Although there is still a long way to go to build sponge country in China,the slogan of sponge city,rainwater utilization and ecological development is well known throughout the country with the strong support of the state.This is very important to popularize rainwater technology and popularize popular rainwater technology in a certain extent.The author thinks that in our country's rain promotion problem,should take the idea first,according to the local conditions according to the local climate to carry on the specific landscape measure adjustment.In this paper,the author lists several ways to use high utilization rate in modern rainwater landscape,and analyzes its advantages and disadvantages and scope of application.In yanan as the research object,explores the possibilities of establishing water landscape in yan 'an,this paper expounds the rainwater to use different time node way of rainwater utilization and rainwater landscape design key points in the planning,research and analyze the province of rainwater landscape and domestic successful cases.In related theory and technology for in-depth understanding,analysis the yenan social and cultural,geographical environment,climate,topography,soil simulated somewhere in the northern suburb of yan 'an small span ditch block set up building a framework of macro and micro level.In the end of the chapter,the author analyzed the possibility of establishing rain water landscape in the area with the same rainfall area as yan 'an.In on the existing theory of rainwater utilization and technology on the basis of in-depth study,from the perspective of landscape architecture,in yenan to promote construction of rainwater utilization
