| China has a vast country with diverse terrain and climate,resulting in severe economic and social losses caused by meteorological disasters every year.We should pay attention to the issue of meteorological disasters and actively study countermeasures to prevent and reduce meteorological disasters.N City is located in the southern part of China and has been facing serious meteorological disasters for a long time.These disasters pose a great threat to the safety of local people’s lives and property.One important reason is that the early warning management of meteorological disasters is not yet in place.So in this article,we focus on studying how to effectively utilize the advantages of communication big data in the context of big data era,to optimize meteorological disaster warning management work,then improve the digital governance level of N city’s meteorological department.The author collected basic information through questionnaires,interviews,and other methods,combined with actual cases at home and abroad,to analyze the meteorological disaster warning management work of N city under the background of big data.It is believed that N city should fully utilize new technologies in meteorological disaster warning management,carry out interdepartmental collaboration,effectively improve the level of digital governance,and ultimately optimize meteorological disaster warning management work,to play a role in disaster prevention and reduction,and benefit the people.The innovation of this article lies in the use of digital governance theory as a framework,linking big data technology with meteorological disaster warning management,then conducting research on"meteorological disaster warning management and optimization based on communication big data" in N city,to a certain extent,which enriches and improves to the theory of digital governance;The paper learns from the advanced experience of using communication big data for meteorological disaster warning management at home and abroad,and conducts in-depth research on how to use communication big data technology to enhance meteorological disaster warning management capabilities,which is helpful for the development and stability of China’s economy and society. |
