| Compared with shipbuilding projects,offshore projects are more profitable and require professional project management.The theory of life cycle management runs through the process of marine engineering projects,from the issuance of LOI,contracting to Pre-FEED and FEED design,which shapes a project planning management system that is highly unified and well structured.When it comes to offshore project planning management,domestic shipbuilding enterprises are late starters compared with their oversea counterparts and thus have poorer performance in this field.The delivery of projects is often subject to delays and ineffective production plans.This thesis takes the production plan management of the PB FPSO of D shipyard as the research object,and the current management practices at D shipyard as the starting point and foothold.Based on practical analysis,combined with existing theories,the research exposes many problems in D shipyard’s current project planning and schedule management.On this basis,this thesis puts forward a variety of measures to solve the production plan management problems in the projects,aiming to improve the feasibility of improvement plans,so that they can be implemented smoothly.This thesis firstly expounds the definition and principles of project planning and schedule management,and introduces relevant theories.Secondly,it briefs on the basic situation of D shipyard,its project management body and its PB floating oil storage platform project.Based on the analysis of the current planning practices in D shipyard,the problems in the production plan management of offshore engineering projects are summarized,including unreasonable production plan formulation,planning business problems,project management problems of the builder,and management problems of the material plan.Analysis finds that the above problems are mainly due to unscientific production planning,insufficient planning business model,the influence of the project team’s organizational structure and the unreasonable material plan management model of D Shipyard.Based on theories such as breaking down working structure,planning at different levels and plan evaluation etc.,the thesis proposes solutions to these problem by formulating feasible production plans,optimizing plans by using P6 software,improving the project management of the builder and adopting projectspecific material plan management.Finally,this thesis suggests measures that can be taken to ensure the implement of improvement plans.Through the research on project planning management of PB FPSO hull and LQ project,this thesis puts forwards effective solutions to the planning management problems,and also makes pertinent suggestions that fits the planning management system of D shipyard,so as to ensure that the vessel can be delivered on time. |
