Research On The Application Of Value Engineering In The Cost Control Of Surveying And Mapping Projects Under The Background Of "Multi-measurement Integration"

"Multi-survey" refers to the latest provisions on the integration and reform of mapping services of the production units of mapping products proposed by the Ministry of Natural Resources in 2019.Because of the implementation of the "multi-measurement" policy,the mapping market is gradually liberalized,and with the increasingly fierce competition in the mapping industry,mapping companies want to have a certain foothold in the implementation of new policies under the mapping market,there is a need for competition in the price of mapping products,and price competition must cause companies to control the cost of product production.Therefore,in the "multi-metric" background of the unit for the mapping project cost control is also the production of mapping products need to pay attention to the unit.The application of value engineering for cost management,mainly through the value engineering analysis to determine the object of improvement,and then through the object of improvement to further identify the impact of mapping products and the corresponding cost relationship,so as to be able to target the improvement of cost control programs and measures.In this paper,through the analysis of the current situation and main problems of cost control of surveying and mapping projects under the background of "multi-measurement" and the application research of value engineering,the possibility of using value engineering for project cost control is proposed.Starting from the three major control elements of cost control of surveying and mapping projects-quality,duration and safety,the three major analysis objects of value engineering activities-quality cost,duration cost and safety cost-are determined,and the practical working procedure of value engineering in surveying and mapping project cost control under the background of "multi-survey" is explained.The actual working procedure of cost control of engineering projects in the context of "multi-survey" is explained,the application of value engineering in cost control of surveying and mapping projects in the context of "multi-survey" is empirically analyzed,and the specific objects for cost improvement are identified.Finally,it gives the relevant opinions on the application of value engineering for cost control of surveying and mapping projects.Through the above argumentation and analysis,this paper provides some reference significance for surveying and mapping enterprises to carry out cost control of surveying and mapping projects,optimize the quotation of surveying and mapping products,and enhance their core competitiveness after the implementation of the "multi-survey" policy.Figure [7] Table [17] Reference [91]...
