Complex products,such as the large communication systems,aerospace systems engineering,very large crude carrier,high speed train and high precision industrial robot,are large products or complex systems with a high technological level,complex structural system,large research and development costs,high integration of parts,ordering in small and multiple batches.According to the long development time,the complex structural systems,high production difficulty,large technical requirements and supply chain transfer of complex products,the mode of complex products usually using the "main manufacturer-supplier" model.In the global supply chain,the main manufacturer plays the role of an subscriber,incorporator and integrater,which orders high quality components from global suppliers,assemble the outsourcing components into final products,design and maintain the proper functioning of the global supply chain.Therefore,the main manufacturer must strengthen quality management and control of suppliers and improve the quality level of final products to ensure the market share of complex products and maintain competitive advantages in the fierce market.In this paper,a set of static and dynamic integrated quality loss measurement method is presented based on small batches crossing multi-stage ordering mode of outsourcing parts in complex product supply chain system according to the learning theory.The TOPSIS method is used to measure the periodic quality loss of each batch of parts from the static perspective and the grey relational analysis method is used to measure the improvement trend of parts’ quality loss from the dynamic perspective.The parameter types of quality loss are evaluated by measuring the comprehensive quality loss value of complex products,which can be used to calculate the equivalent transfer function in the GERT network model.The measure method can help the main manufacturer grasp the quality loss of outsourcing parts and provide support for the diagnosis of key quality sources in the supply chain system.The final quality loss of complex products is accumulated by the quality loss of outsourcing parts in the transmission process.The different coupling conditions may occur in the generation,dispersion,transmission and assembly which can lead the quality loss of downstream suppliers’ parts to increase,decrease,return to zero and so on.Four coupling types,such as the elimination coupling,the invalidation coupling,the salience coupling and the interaction coupling were defined to reflect the different coupling conditions in the transfer process.The operational rules of each coupling operator were designed to calculate the change of quality loss.The GERT network can be used to describe the coupling types of quality loss transfer,which is named as the GERT coupling networks.The equivalent transfer function of different GERT coupling networks can be calculated by taking the comprehensive quality loss as moment generation function,which can be used to describe the transfer mechanism of complex product quality loss in the supply chain.The GERT network is used to describe the supply chain network of complex product,which is the platform to diagnose the key quality sources of uncoupling effect and key coupling nodes in the supply chain network.According to the mean and standard deviation,the quality effect parameter of component was designed by considering the average quality loss of parts and the fluctuation of quality loss in the transfer process.The diagnosis method was used to identify the critical quality resource,include the key quality system of supply chain network,critical quality supplier of system and the critical quality coupling type.The supply chain of an aircraft was taken as an example to construct the GERT coupling network model,according to its outsourcing components of the five systems outsourcing systems.The quality influence parameters of the system,supplier and coupling node were calculated to verify the diagnostic methods of critical quality sources,which can guide main manufacturer to identify the system and supplier.They can provide theoretical basis for main manufacturer to formulate more targeted incentive and punishment measures for suppliers.
