Reliability growth plays an important role in the whole life cycle of product development,which is an effective way to improve the reliability of complex equipment.In order to make the product reach the predetermined reliability growth target efficiently and economically,it is necessary to make full use of the resources and information of each test in the development process and tap into the full potential of these information.The common method to tap the potential of information is fusing prior information,which is based on components or parts at the same level and cannot be used for data fusion between different levels.Therefore,this paper constructs the FTA-GERT(Fault Tree Analysis-Graphical Evaluation Review Technique)network model of reliability growth,so that component-level information and system-level information can be transmitted to each other,breaking down the barriers of data fusion between different levels and promoting the development of reliability growth.Considering failure mode analysis ability of FTA and dynamic description ability and parameter solving ability of GERT,as well as the characteristics of logic connection and node transformation,this paper constructs FTA-GERT network model.The advantage is that different system structures can be integrated into the same network,such as cascade structure,parallel structure and so on.This model can describe the relationship between the components and parameters,so as to facilitate the transfer,analysis and calculation of various parameters.According to the characteristics of reliability growth data information,this paper applies FTA-GERT network model to the transmission of component-level information and system-level information.Considering that reliability growth data of system-level complex equipment is scarce,this paper transfer component-level data information into system-level data information by FTA-GERT network,which can expand the database of system-level complex equipment,make up for the lack of system-level test data in reliability growth,and achieve the purpose of reliability growth evaluation and prediction for system-level complex equipment.Considering the production mode of "main manufacturer-supplier",this paper inversely deduces the reliability growth data information of demand components from the system-level target by FTA-GERT network,so as to provide quantitative basis for the selection of suppliers by the main manufacturer.Considering that the reliability growth data information of complex equipment presents the characteristics of multiple heterogeneous uncertainty in concrete engineering practice,by using generalized standard intervalgrey number to present the data in a unified way,this paper constructs a grey FTA-GERT network model to complete reliability growth evaluation and prediction,which provides a new idea for uncertain information processing of complex equipment reliability growth.
