Research On Law Enforcement Of Land And Resources In Wenjiang District,Chengdu

Land resource is an important material basis of human production and life,a necessary means of production for economic development,and a fundamental guarantee for improving the production and living standards of human society,which is irreplaceable.With the development of society and economy,the contradiction between the decreasing cultivated lands and more and more population becomes sharp and intense,which has seriously restricted the sustainable and healthy development of economy and society.The dual tasks of land and resources law enforcement to safeguard development and protect resources are very arduous.Meanwhile,due to the lag and imperfect legal basis,non-vertical management system,inadequate technical means and other factors,the land and resources law enforcement dilemma appears.This paper mainly discusses the law enforcement of land and resources in Wenjiang District of Chengdu,analyzes the current situation and existing problems of law enforcement of land and resources,and explores the causes of its formation,and then puts forward corresponding solutions based on the relevant public management theory and research results at home and abroad.Through a wide range of domestic and international literature on land and resources management laws and regulations,land and resources law enforcement issues,land and resources illegal causes,define the core concepts involved in this paper,through the public governance theory,game theory in land and resources law enforcement applications,build the theoretical framework of this paper.Collect and sort out the data related to the law-breaking and law-enforcement of land and resources,investigate and study the present situation of law-enforcement of land and resources in Wenjiang District by case analysis and interview investigation,and summarize and analyze the existing problems and causes of law-enforcement of land and resources in Wenjiang District.At the same time,we collected the opinions and suggestions of the interviewees on improving the law enforcement efficiency,strengthening the cultivated land and resource protection.Finally,based on the interview and investigation results and the actual situation of Wenjiang District,as well as the research results at home and abroad,this paper puts forward some ideas and suggestions on how to perfect the law enforcement of land and resources in Wenjiang District and do a good job in the law enforcement and supervision of land and resources by strengthening the awareness of land use according to law,establishing an inter-departmental linkage mechanism,perfecting the administration of land and resources and the law enforcement and supervision means,and strengthening the law enforcement and supervision force.
