Research And Application Of Land Resources Law Enforcement And Supervision System Based On 3S Technology In Heze City

At present,it is the key of the land management that we solve the low efficiency of land surveillance and difficult enforcement problems to strengthen the land law functions in the land management.The developments of the advanced technology provide technical support to solve the problems in the land supervision.This paper proposes the complex use of GPS,GIS and RS technologies building a land supervision and law enforcement systems in order to reduce the workload of the monitor to law enforcement personnel on-site investigation land outside,the staff within norm office according to law.And finally this will improve the work quality and efficiency.This paper analyzes the overall and network structure of the system and realizes system function with the help of 3S technologies.Considering the existing problems of the traditional land regulation mode,the paper analyzes and designs the requirements and capabilities of the system.By means of information measures,land law enforcement supervision system organizes multi-source,multi-scale,multi-type database to establish land dynamic regulation mode.It can efficiently supervise land utilization.Land and resources regulation system based on 3S technologies,PC and 3G smart phones as terminal,can well complete mobile enforcement patrols,reduce field patrol work and enhance the working efficiency of the mobile law enforcement.System operation is simple,suitable for grass-roots law enforcement officers.
