| Object:To improve the exercise lung function in adolescents with upper crossed syndrome precisely, this study classified their exercise lung function of this population group, took maximum oxygen uptake(VO2max)as observed variable and the maximum oxygen uptake was mapped by the sum of the cervical vertebral angle and the rounded shoulder angle. Methods:Students aged 10-19 years were recruited from several primary and secondary schools for this study in Changchun City.Measurement method was used to diagnose whether participants had upper crossed syndrome and to assess exercise lung function.Independent samples T-test and one-way ANOVA were used to analyze variables.Convolutional Auto-Encoder was adopted to detect time series data outliers in male and female students’cardiopulmonary exercise testing.Gaussian Mixture Model was used for clustering analysis, while optimal number of clusters was determined by Bayesian Information Criterion. Finally, after clustering, kernel density estimation was used to estimate the data distribution of the maximum oxygen uptake and the sum of cervical vertebral angle and rounded shoulder angle in each group adolescents with upper crossed syndrome, and determined the threshold value of maximum oxygen uptake and angle in each group.Results:48.9%of students were diagnosed with upper crossed syndrome.Average body mass index(BMI)and age were significantly greater in the group of adolescents with upper crossed syndrome than in the group of general adolescents.Male students’mean cervical vertebral angle and rounded shoulder angle were significantly greater than that in girls. The optimal number of clusters for male students is 3,and the numbers of the three groups are 46,76 and 53 respectively. The optimal number of clusters for girls is 3,and the numbers of the three groups are 51,62 and 77 respectively. In male students with upper crossed syndrome, the sum of the cervical vertebral angle and rounded shoulder angle is greater than or equal57°and less than 88°,corresponding maximum oxygen uptake range is:803ml/min≤VO2max<1515ml/min;the sum is greater than or equal 88°and less than 95°,corresponding maximum oxygen uptake range is:1515ml/min≤VO2max<1893ml/min;and the sum range is greater than or equal 95°and less than 102°,corresponding maximum oxygen uptake range is:1893ml/min≤VO2max<2979ml/min.While in female students with upper crossed syndrome, the sum of the cervical vertebral angle and rounded shoulder angle range is greater than or equal 63°and less than 76°,corresponding maximum oxygen uptake range is:611ml/min≤VO2max<1200ml/min;the sum range is greater than or equal 76°and less than91°,corresponding maximum oxygen uptake ranged is:1200ml/min≤VO2max<1378ml/min;and the sum range is greater than or equal 91°and less than 102°,corresponding maximum oxygen uptake range is 1378ml/min≤VO2max<2091ml/min.Conclusion:Females,increasing age,and increasing weight may be more likely to develop upper crossed syndrome;upper crossed syndrome leads to decreased respiratory function, and cardiopulmonary exercise testing can effectively evaluate changes in lung function in patients at an early stage;exercise lung function in adolescents with upper crossed syndrome is influenced by the degree of upper crossed syndrome and is proportional to the sum of the cranial vertebral and round shoulder angles;using the sum of the cranial vertebral and round shoulder angles can map exercise lung function in adolescents with upper crossed syndrome. |
