With the rapid improvement of the competitive aerobics level in the world and the continuous emergence of high-difficulty movements, the intensity and difficulty of technical movement training are increasing day by day.Long-term special training also has an inevitable impact on the body function and structure of aerobics players.Aerobics special training and excellent competitive performance not only require aerobics athletes to have good strength, coordination and other quality ability, but also higher and higher requirements for bone mineral density and body composition of each joint.Due to the characteristics of the project, aerobics students have many movements that need to be supported by their hands to complete the whole body weight. For example, the difficulties action in group C ‘Straddle jump to push up',it starts with the above steps, and the process requires higher air evacuation. At the beginning of the step take-off,it is required to vacate the space and end with the completion of push-up,which has a great impact on the wrist joint of the finished person, but at present, there is no related research on the related technical parameters of the action and the adaptive change of carpal bone mineral density of the long-term trainer.According to this study, the literature method, expert interview method, experimental method and mathematical statistics method are used in this study.Twenty students in the special class of aerobics at the School of Art of Beijing University of physical Education were recruited as subjects.Flexion legs were selected to jump into push-up(C336),group body to jump into push-up(C204),straight body to fall(straight body to push-up),and buttocks to rise(A184).There were five representative upper limb impact movements in five aerobics, and the bone mineral density(T-value,BMD)level)and body composition(BMI,inorganic salt content)of the right forearm radius wrist joint were measured twice before and after12 weeks of continuous training. The results showed that the bone mineral density(T-value)level of the right forearm radius carpal joint was counted and analyzed by statistics and analysis of the data of the right forearm radius wrist joint bone mineral density(T-value bone mineral density)and body composition(body composition). After 12 weeks of aerobics long-term upper limb impact action training, the bone mineral density(T-value,BMD)of right forearm radius wrist joint was significantly increased in 10 subjects in the training group compared with that before the experiment, although in the control group, the bone mineral density(T-value)in the right forearm radius wrist joint was significantly higher than that in the control group. However, the amplitude was very small, and there was no significant difference. There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups of subjects in terms of body composition. The conclusions of this study are as follows, which provides a reference for aerobics students to carry out scientific and reasonable impact movements in training or competition in the future.1.After 12 weeks of training intervention of bending leg into push-up(C336),group jumping into push-up(C204),straight body(straight forward into push-up),buttocks lifting(A184)and high-five push-up(push-up and high-five push-up),the10 subjects in the training group, from boys, girls and the whole group, were divided into push-ups(C336),group C204(C204),straight bodies(straight forward into push-ups),buttocks lifting(A184)and high-five push-ups(push-ups into high-five push-ups).The bone mineral density(T-value,BMD)of the right forearm radius wrist joint was significantly improved compared with that before training intervention, showing a good trend of small increase.2.After 12 weeks of training and intervention of upper limb impact action in aerobics, the body mass index(BMI),inorganic salt(kg)level and inorganic salt bonecontent(kg)in all 20 subjects in the training group and the control group changed slightly, and even some of the subjects had the phenomenon of body fat rising and skeletal muscle content decreasing. However, there was no significant difference in statistical significance.
