| The mineral conditioner was alkaline prepared by iron tailing and its by-product of dolomite and mica,and containing beneficial element to plant growth such as nitrogen phosphorus and potassium,is shown to be potential value to improve acid soil.In this study,the indoor culture and pot experiments were conducted to the acidity of soils and the effect of nutrient combined with different dosages,which provided theoretical basis for the application of mineral conditioner in acid soil.A rapeseed field test investigated the effect of the pH of soil,the available nutrient conducted over available nitrogen,available phosphorus and rapidly available potassium,the growth and yield of rapeseed and the absorption and transfer of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in rapeseed combined with different dosages of the mineral conditioner.This research will provide the theoretical basis of the field effect estimation of mineral conditioner and the technical support of reasonable application of conditioner.The results of this research is that:1.The indoor culture and pot experiments examined the improvement effect of acid soil in different dosage.The result shows that the application of mineral conditioner and its dosage exhibit a significant influence on the pH value,the EC value and the content of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium.To be specific,the pH value of soil was improved,the EC value of soil increased,and the supply of effective nutrient improved.The optimal effect was achieved by adding 200 g conditioner to 0.3 g soil.2.The rapeseed field test examined the improve of acid soil and the effect of rapeseed growth in different dosage of soil conditioner.The result revealed that the soil pH value and the content of available phosphorus and rapidly available potassium were increased with the increasing dosage of conditioner.The content of available nitrogen was enhanced a little,the difference of every treatment was not significant.In terms of the pH value and the content of available phosphorus and rapidly available potassium,the treatments of the conditioner dosage over 1500 kg/hm2 was significant increased compared with the other treatment.3.The result of measurement of nutrient absorption and rapeseed growth showed that the rapeseed growth was promoted,the formation of primary branching number,nuts per branch number and thousand kernel weight,and then the yield increased by application of conditioner.Meanwhile,the nutrient in rapeseed organs were boosted,the absorption and accumulation of N,P and K facilitated,the P transfer from branches and stems to legumes promoted,and then the amassment of P in kernels increased.The effect difference of the treatments combined with different dosages of mineral conditioner were significant,and the yield of kernel was obviously increased at application dosage of 1500 kg/hm2.4.Considering the improvement effect of acid soil,rapeseed yield and the cost of conditioner,the recommended application rate of mineral conditioner is 1500 kg/hm2 as the optimal application rate. |
