In order to explore the effects of bio-organic saline soil conditioners on soil and crops,field trials were conducted in 2017 in Dalateqi,Inner Mongolia.The experiment was conducted to compare the effect of control,single application of compound fertilizer,conditioner+compound fertilizer,and matrix+compound fertilizer treatment to explore the effect of microbial strains on soil and plants;treatment was conducted by comparing two different dosage conditioners.Application effects explore the effects of conditioners on soil and plants.The main results of the experiment are as follows:1.The bio-organic saline-alkali soil conditioner can reduce the pH value of saline-alkali soil.Adding microbial inoculants can significantly reduce the pH value of saline-alkali soil.During the corn harvest period,the soil pH value of 9t/hm2treated with single conditioner decreased the most,and the soil layer in the 10-20cm layer decreased by 0.56 units compared with the non-fertilizer treatment;the treatment of the conditioner+compound fertilizer was higher than the matrix+compound fertilizer in the 10-20cm soil pH dropped by 0.1 units.2.Bio-organic saline-alkali soil conditioner can reduce the conductivity of saline-alkali soil.In the corn harvest period,the electrical conductivity of 9t/hm2treated with single conditioner was reduced by 27.42%in 0-10cm soil layer compared with no fertilizer treatment.3.The bio-organic saline-alkali soil conditioner can increase soil organic matter and available nutrient content,and adding microbial inoculants has a significant effect on soil alkali-hydrolysis nitrogen content increase.In the harvest period,the soil organic matter content of 9t/hm2 treated with single treatment agent was higher by1.18 g/kg in the 10-20cm soil layer than the control treatment.The treatment of9t/hm2 with conditioning agent and conditioner+compound fertilizer treatment showed that the contents of available P?K,and alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen were significantly higher than those of other treatments.4.Bio-organic saline-alkali soil conditioner can reduce the degree of soil alkalization.Adding microbial inoculants can significantly reduce the degree of soil alkalization.In the harvest period,in the 0-10cm soil layer,the alkalization degree of the single treatment agent 9t/hm2 treatment was 7.87 percentage points lower than that of the control treatment,a decrease of 52.02%.The alkalization degree of the conditioner+compound fertilizer treatment was higher than that of the matrix+compound fertilizer treatment.It was 1.18 percentage points lower,a decrease of 11.59%.5.Bio-organic saline-alkali soil conditioners can improve the content of soluble salt ions in the soil.Compared with no fertilization,the concentrations of Ca2+,Mg2+,K+,and SO42-were significantly increased,and the contents of Na+?Cl-,and HCO3-were significantly decreased.In the harvest period,the concentrations of Ca2+?Mg2+?K+,and SO42-in the 0-10cm soil layer were increased by 84.38%?26%?63.16%,and 31.76%,respectively,in the 0-10cm soil layer.The content of Na+?Cl-,and HCO3-was reduced by 61.05%?51.52%,and 62.28%,respectively,compared to the control when the 9t/hm2 treatment agent was applied alone.6.Bio-organic saline-alkali soil conditioners can increase soil enzyme activity.Adding microbial inoculants can improve soil enzyme activity.10-20 cm soil layer,the activity of alkaline phosphatase,urease and sucrase was higher than that of matrix+compound fertilizer by 0.09 mg/g·d,0.1 mg/g·d,0.21 mg/g·d.7.The bio-organic saline-alkali soil conditioner can increase the stem diameter and plant height of corn,and adding microbial agents can also promote corn stem diameter and plant height.At the harvest time,stem diameter and plant height of corn treated with 9t/hm2 treatment alone increased by 6.69%and 19.94%,respectively,compared with non-fertilizer treatment.Stem-to-plant height treatment with conditioner+compound fertilizer was higher than that of substrate+compound fertilizer.6.64%?3.15%.8.Bio-organic saline-alkaline soil conditioners can increase dry weight and yield of maize ear.The total grain yield of corn treated with 9t/hm2 single treatment agent was 3046 kg/hm2 higher than the control,and the growth rate was 59.36%.The total yield of maize kernels treated with conditioner+compound fertilizer and matrix+compound fertilizer was the highest,which was 6070 kg/hm2 and 5233 kg/hm2 higher than that of the control respectively,and the growth rates were 118.3%and 102%,respectively.In summary,the application of bio-organic saline-alkali soil conditioner can effectively improve soil salinity,improve soil organic matter and available nutrient content,reduce p H,reduce soil salinity and alkalinity,improve soil enzyme activity.
