An Empirical Study On The Involvement Of Social Work In Community Nurturing Project From The Perspective Of Self-organization Process Theory

The cultivation and development of community social organizations has become an important part of community innovation governance and mass participation.In recent years,with the in-depth development of urban community construction,community residents have increasingly obvious diversified and personalized needs for community services,and it is increasingly difficult for the thinking mode and management mode dominated by traditional administrative means to meet the needs of community grass-roots governance.There is an urgent need to cultivate community social organizations that adapt to the development of the new era and meet the diverse needs of residents.Community social organizations have become an indispensable force in community grassroots governance.In fact,the cultivation of community social organizations contributes to the deepening and promotion of community governance,and has significant practical significance for strengthening and innovating grassroots social governance and enhancing the ability to serve the people.This paper takes the self-organization of J community in W City as the research object,from the perspective of integration theory,adopts the theory of empowerment and self-organization process as the theoretical basis,and takes social work as the intervention method to study the cultivation process of its community social organization.Through research methods such as interview method and participatory observation method,this paper explores the effectiveness of community social organization cultivation under the professional intervention of social work.First of all,by sorting out the general situation of J community and the current situation of residents' participation,the author found that the community organizations are single,there are many helping organizations,the standardization degree of group organizations is different,the supply of resources is limited,lack of support and other cultivation difficulties.Then the author use in the process of intervention Jiade Luo five stage to cultivate the self-organization process theory combined with increased energy theory,the paper mainly discusses the social worker in the breeding,seed germination and seedlings and young trees,trees stage in demand research,mining community backbone,guiding the training involved in after work,growth and development of the social organization of the community.Finally,after self-evaluation by social workers,satisfaction evaluation of service objects and evaluation by third-party evaluation agencies,two service projects,environmental protection guardian volunteer service team and Star painting organization,were successfully cultivated in J Community.At the same time,in the process of community self-organization cultivation,the role of social worker from itself,such as social work intervention for reflection and summary,for example,through the social workers and social work room in continuous cultivation incubation self-organizing team,a social worker role there is confusion and problems such as role conflict,in the process of intervention,social workers also because of their inexperience,It affects the actual effect of community activities.Therefore,social workers need to reflect and summarize more in the cultivation of community social organizations in the future,and improve their professional ability and cultivation level.Based on the participation of social workers in the research,the project establishes close relations with residents through social workers.In the follow-up training and activities,residents are transformed from passive recipients of services into participants,organizers,event planners and providers of public welfare services,and finally the residents form a sense of organization and group norms.In this way,further strengthening the status and function of community organizations in community governance,promoting the benign interaction of residents' autonomy,is conducive to injecting innovative power into the development of community governance by taking advantage of their unique advantages and important functions,and building a new pattern of innovation in the whole community governance.
