Party Member-based Community Social Organizations Participate In Community Governance Research

Due to the continuous development of society,China's economy has also achieved a qualitative take-off,the main contradiction since the 19 th National Congress of the CPC has also changed,the needs of the people have also been diversified,and the imbalance between demand and supply has been gradually highlighted.At the same time,the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China also proposed that China wants to realize its great dream,which cannot be separated from the leading role of the Party,and community social organizations should pay more attention to it as an indispensable part of community-level Party building.This research takes Y City Red pioneer public welfare service center as the research object,which is a party member oriented community social organization and plays an important role in community governance under the leadership of the party organization.Firstly,based on the theory of state social relationship and embeddedness theory,this paper discusses the practical logic of the organization's participation in community governance,mainly from three aspects of embeddedness,integration guidance and action service.It is found that the participation of the community organization brings more human,material and financial resources to the community governance action,and ensures the action and high efficiency of community governance At the same time,it also unites the multi subjects of community governance to negotiate and reach a consensus,which makes the governance process more flexible.Secondly,on the basis of practical logic,this paper summarizes the effectiveness of the organization from the following four aspects:organization mechanism,linkage mechanism,responsibility mechanism and incentive mechanism.Finally,the problems existing in the process of participating in community governance of Party member oriented community social organizations are considered and reflected.This paper explores the practical logic of Party member oriented community social organizations participating in community governance.On the one hand,it can make the ruling foundation of Party organizations more stable,on the other hand,it can stimulate the organizational vitality of community social organizations themselves,so as to meet the diversified needs of community residents and promote the modernization of community governance ability.The experience of Party member oriented community social organizations participating in community governance also has certain reference significance for the development of other community organizations.
