In the new era,with the deepening of social transformation.In order to promote grassroots democracy,enhance the national modern governance system,and deepen the governance capacity of grassroots communities,modern communities need to improve their own development level from many aspects.The working mode of "one community,one brand,one bright spot" has been promoted in all streets of the country."One community,one product" optimizes the composition structure of the community,makes the development of the community have key points and bright spots,creates a mode different from other communities,and makes the services needed by the masses as "main products",so that the community and streets have more personality and recognition.Therefore,the community brand emerges as the times require,as a landmark governance model,service project,organization team and other elements in community governance.Community brand has a high degree of generality,image and identifiability,which can lead the overall situation,unite people,form community consensus,and stimulate residents' sense of community identity and belonging.Its forms mainly include Party building brand,governance brand,service brand,organization brand,cultural brand,landscape brand,etc.In the process of brand building,social work,as a backbone,plays an important role.It plays different roles in different stages of brand building.One is to listen to the needs of community residents and go deep into the public.Second,as a third-party force,the resource linker promotes the relationship among the community neighborhood committee,the industry committee and the property management committee,and links the public.Third,community service providers should give full play to their professional uniqueness and scientificity to serve the public.Before the author carries out the research on community brand,it is found that most scholars focus on how to build community and community construction.Different from their point of view,as a student of social work,the author has the honor to participate in the topic of "Jiubao Street Community brand to improve the level of grassroots community governance",and carried out the research on the practical activities of community service from the professional perspective of social workers.Taking ten communities in Jiubao street of Hangzhou City as an example,this paper records in detail the functions of social workers in the process from the early acceptance and estimation(investigation and record),to the medium-term plan and intervention(organizing group activities),and the final evaluation and closing(evaluation and return visit),extracts the experience of social workers in the construction and development of community brand,and forms a model A set of working methods for social workers to build community brand.At the same time,it records in detail the difficulties and challenges encountered by social workers during the activities,which has certain theoretical and practical research value.In the process of brand building in the future,the author combines this research with the practical experience of social work to make a certain prospect.First of all,social workers can guide the development of community brand and find the brand needs of community residents.From the perspective of residents,positioning the core needs of the community.Secondly,through multi-party consultation,we should cultivate the participation of community residents,awaken the sense of ownership of residents,promote the autonomy of residents,and improve the level of grassroots governance.Moreover,the design of service highlights the professional value of social work,and flexibly uses the different roles of social workers in the process of service,so as to promote the spread of community brand.Finally,break through the point of view,actively publicize,establish community brand characteristics,lead the community brand construction,and promote the vigorous development of community brand.
