A Study On Japanese University Student Affairs Managements

With the advancement of world economic globalization,all countries in the world are committed to promoting their own higher education to enhance the international competitiveness of education.Student affairs management is an important part of higher education in various countries.It has made outstanding contributions to the performance of national personnel training,social services,cultural heritage and innovation,scientific and technological research and other functions.With the popularization of higher education in China,the diversified development of students has brought new challenges to the management of student affairs in Colleges and universities.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to improve the level of Student Affairs Management in Colleges and universities for our country to cultivate excellent graduates.Based on the student affairs management system in Japanese universities,this paper sorts out and analyzes the operation system and main characteristics of Student Affairs Management in Japanese universities.Combined with the current situation of Student Affairs Management in Chinese universities,it puts forward some suggestions to improve the student affairs management system in Chinese universities.This study consists of six chapters:The first chapter describes the research background and purpose of this study,that is,through the collation and analysis of the Japanese university student affairs management system,to provide reference for the improvement of China's university student affairs management system.At the same time,based on the literature review,this paper defines the core concepts of "student affairs" and "student affairs management" in this study,and combs the research methods and research ideas of this paper;the second chapter analyzes the national characteristics of student affairs in Japanese universities through sorting and classifying the characteristic projects of student affairs management selected by the Japanese government;the third chapter analyzes the national characteristics of student affairs in Japanese universities This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the institutional settings of Student Affairs Management in Japanese universities.In terms of organization setting,Japan has set up student affairs management organizations from the national level and the university level respectively;the fourth chapter further discusses the selection,training,treatment and other contents of student affairs management personnel in Japanese universities,that is,the teaching staff;on this basis,the fifth chapter discusses the contents of Student Affairs Management in Japanese universities,that is,student life management,student academic management,student employment management Based on the analysis of the previous chapters,the sixth chapter analyzes the Enlightenment of Japanese college student affairs management experience on Chinese college student affairs management system,thinks about the innovation and shortcomings of this study,and puts forward the future research prospects.The research shows that in the process of higher education transformation,the student work in Japanese universities has formed the characteristics of professional management team,humanized service,standardized work and student autonomy,with the characteristics of high degree of professionalism and complete management system.From the perspective of improving the theoretical system,building a professional teaching team,advocating student participation,creating the student management center of the Ministry of education,and carrying out the characteristic project of student management,this study concludes that Japanese universities can learn from the experience of changing the concept of student affairs management,strengthening the team construction,improving the management system,and establishing the practice platform,so as to provide reference for improving the existing student affairs management system of Chinese universities It provides a reference for the management system.
