Research On The Training Of Swimming Sports Reserve Talents In Zhejiang Province

With the continuous improvement of the world and Asian swimming competition and the changing domestic situation,Zhejiang swimming is like sailing against the water,and it will be back if it does not advance.Facing such a crisis,Zhejiang competitive swimming urgently needs to establish a more reasonable talent echelon and training system with the goal of training first-class international and domestic athletes,promote the sustainable development of Zhejiang swimming at a high level,establish a training system of reserve talents for swimming and sports,and provide more excellent talents for our swimming sports.The research object of this paper is training reserve talents of swimming sports.Based on the investigation of questionnaire,interview with experts and case analysis,this study first makes progress in the training of reserve talents in Zhejiang Province from the following eight aspects: policy support,management system,coaches,athletes,training,culture education,competition and guarantee The paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the case,and puts forward the strategy of localization promotion by referring to the common laws of domestic and foreign cases.After analysis and summary,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)There are two changes in the training of reserve talents in swimming sports in China: one is the system from amateur to professional and then to diversification;the other is the transformation of training mode from "independent sports system" to "participation of diversified subjects".(2)The present situation of training reserve talents in swimming and competitive sports in Zhejiang Province: Zhejiang Province has promulgated relevant policies on training reserve talents,training of excellent coaches and athletes,construction of digital youth training system,development of swimming projects,etc.;it has established a three in one management system of "Department of competitive sports-Project Management
