Objective: To measure the effect of swimming on children’s health and physical ability under strict conditions of controlling the amount and intensity of swimming after-school training for 16 weeks in children aged9-11 years.Taking swimming as the platform and based on the better and healthy growth of children’s psychology and physiology,find the sports that children of that age love,exercise effectively and have good effect,and provide scientific basis for children to choose sports for life.Research Methods: This paper uses literature,measurement,interview and statistical methods experiment,expert to analysis of "the impact of swimming carry out theoretical on the health and fitness of children aged 9-11 years old" and provides theoretical reference for children to choose swimming for lifelong physical exercise.In this paper,lung capacity,step test index,400-meter freestyle,throwing solid ball,grip force,sit-up,standing long jump,50-meter freestyle,sitting position front trot,shoulder test,ankle stretch test,height,weight,arm stretch,body fat rate,BMI as parameter indicators,children’s swimming training experimental research,through the statistical method,16 weeks of statistical analysis and analysis of the indicators before and after exercise.Results:(1)Aerobic Fitness:After 16 weeks of swimming training,the aerobic potential energy measurement index for all members of the experimental group increased significantly,significantly increasing the critical capacity test index(p<0.01)and maximizing oxygen absorption,showing a significant difference(P<0.05)Each index of all management team members increased,but there was no significant difference(p>0.05)Muscle Fitness: After 16 Weeks of Intervention in Swimming Training,some indicators of muscle ability of all members of the experimental group increased,significantly improved sedentary performance and showed a very significant difference(p<0.01).The performance of hard ball throwing improved and did not show a significant difference in(p<0.05).Each indicator of muscle potential energy for all members of the control group increased,but a significant difference(p>0.05).Adaptability of Flexibility: After 16 weeks of swimming training intervention,the impact of each flexibility index was improved in all members of the pilot group.Among them,the performance of bucking and bending forward among female students has increased significantly,showing a very significant difference(p<0.01)and a significant difference for male students(p<0.05)shoulder rotation tests and ankle flexibility were significantly improved,with a very significant difference(p<0.01);all members of the control group showed no significant changes in the flexibility of potential energy(p>0.05)Body composition: After 16 weeks of swimming training,several indicators were optimized and weight,the percentage of body fat and the BMI index showed a downward trend with significant differences(p<0.05)Already,the height and arm spans> of all members of the experimental group increased,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).After the experiment,the experimental group and the control group make each index comparison.(1)Aerobic fitness: Compared to the control group,significant capacity,step index and of boys maximum oxygen absorption in the group increased experimental more significantly(p<0.05).Significant abilities of the students of the increased significantly experimental significant group compared to the of the abilities control group,showing differences(p<0.05),and the step index and maximum oxygen absorption by the pilot group students increased significantly,with a very significant difference(p<0.01).Muscle fitness: Compared to the control group,the boys in the experimental group achieved a greater improvement in solid ball-throwing performance with significant differences(p<0.05)Although the girls in the two groups showed little change,there was no significant difference(p>0.05).The results of the strength of capture and lengthening of muscle mass for all members of the experimental group did not show significant changes compared to the results of all members of the control group,but there were no significant differences(p>0.05).Flexibility and adaptability: Compared to the control group,the girls in the experimental group had a more obvious increase in forward flexion,shoulder rotation and flexion and ankle extension(P<0.05).In addition to a significant increase in the value of pre-flexing the male seating position in the experimental group compared to the control group(p<0.05),the increased ability to flex the shoulder and the expansion of the joints of the ankle in the pilot group was greater than that of the control group,and showed a very significant difference(P<0.01).Body composition: The height and span of the hands of all experimental group increased members of the slightly compared to the members of the control group,but there was no significant difference(p>0.05).The percentage of weight and fat deposits among all group showed a downward members of the with significan experimental trend compared to the control group,differences(P<0.05)and the BMI ofboys in the compared to boys in experimental group the control group(P<0.05)also showed a significant downward trend,but there no significant was also difference(P>0.05).Conclusion: After 16 weeks of swimming training,children’s lung capacity,step index and VO2 Max were significantly improved,indicating that through swimming training,children’s cardiopulmonary endurance can be improved,and children’s aerobic fitness can be improved,after 16 weeks of swimming training,the upper limbs strength and abdominal endurance of 9-11-year-old children were improved,which showed that swimming can improve some muscle fitness of9-11-year-old children After 16 weeks of swimming training,the flexibility of 9-11-year-old children was improved,which showed that swimming can improve the flexibility of 9-11-year-old children,and the flexibility of 9-11-year-old children is closely related to gender,after 16 weeks of swimming training,the children’s body weight and body fat rate index showed a decreasing trend,and the BMI index entered the normal range,the results showed that swimming can reduce the fat content of9-11-year-old children and optimize their body composition. |
