In order to enhance the physical fitness of students,realize the overall development of students,and better implement the core literacy of physical education,this article introduces the "Chinese Health Sports Curriculum Model" into the physical education teaching of urban junior high schools in Yongjia County,Wenzhou City,Zhejiang Province,and strives to solve the problem in Yongjia County.The problem of declining physique of junior high school students is to change the status quo that Wenzhou City's students' physique and health levels rank low in Zhejiang Province.The experimental teaching method is chiefly used in this paper,in which the students from Class 14 of Grade 8 and Class 15 of the same grade of Chengguan Middle School in Yongjia County,Wenzhou City,Zhejiang Province are taken as the subjects of this experiment,while the traditional PE teaching mode and the curriculum mode of Chinese Health Physical Education are respectively used for guiding the control class and the experimental class.By comparing the data of all experimental indexes between the control class and the experimental one,this paper verifies the difference in teaching effects between the two different teaching modes,and proves the experimental value of the curriculum mode of Chinese health physical education in the sports teaching of junior high schools in urban areas.This new teaching mode has offered a new idea for the teaching mode in the urban areas at the grass roots in China.Through a semester of study in physical education,these conclusions have been drawn as below:1.In terms of athletic ability: the Chinese health sports curriculum model has a better effect on improving students' physical fitness,especially in terms of endurance quality;the Chinese health sports curriculum model has a better effect on improving students' motor skills teaching;it shows that the Chinese health sports curriculum model has Conducive to the cultivation of students' athletic ability under the core literacy of physical education.2.In terms of learning attitude: there are very significant differences in the learning style dimension and classroom performance dimension of the students ' physical learning attitude under the Chinese healthy physical education curriculum model,but there is no significant difference in the interest and participation dimensions.The three aspects of the students' physical learning attitude under the traditional physical education model There are no significant differences in all dimensions.Explains that China's healthy physical education model helps to cultivate students' good attitude towards physical education.3.In terms of learning willpower: Under the curriculum mode of Chinese health physical education,students performed striking difference in their learning willpower,but their change in performance under the traditional PE teaching mode wasn't obvious.This manifests that the curriculum mode of Chinese health physical education is remarkably effective on enhancement of students' willpower.It is conducive to cultivating the excellent sports morality of students under the core literacy of the subject and realizing the all-round development of students.
