Vocational Education Consolidates Guizhou’s Poverty Alleviation Achievements And Countermeasures

Education is the main starting point of "supporting intelligence and aspiration" in poverty alleviation,and it is also a necessary tool to enhance the "hematopoietic" ability of the poor population.Compared with general education,vocational education can not only "support intelligence and aspiration",but also "support technology".Among them,vocational education has a more direct relationship with labor employment and economic development in poverty-stricken areas,and is more open in terms of age and object of education.At the level of poor students,the rural vocational education tuition remission is universal Facing the practicability of employment is the best choice to realize the desire of study and employment;at the level of farmers,the skill training provided by vocational education is the necessary condition for the transformation of traditional farmers into new farmers;the technical support of vocational education is an important guarantee for the smooth development of characteristic industries in poverty-stricken areas.The poverty-stricken areas in Guizhou Province are the hard bone in the process of poverty alleviation.The poverty situation and education level are particularly low.It is difficult for the long-term "blood transfusion" poverty alleviation policy to achieve the final goal of poverty alleviation in the short term.Therefore,it is of great strategic significance to deeply study the poverty alleviation situation of Vocational Education in Guizhou Province to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation in Guizhou Province and realize the poverty alleviation goals proposed by the central government and the autonomous region.Through the research and analysis of the literature data and the interpretation of the relevant reports,we have initially formed an overview of the overall poverty alleviation situation in Guizhou,and made a preliminary framework analysis on the poverty alleviation function of vocational education.And through statistical analysis,correlation analysis to analyze the survey data,get the final results,so as to analyze the reasons,and try to put forward improvement measures from the perspective of public management.In depth study of the important role of Vocational Education in consolidating poverty alleviation achievements in poverty-stricken areas,through the analysis of the current development status of vocational education,according to the achievements of poverty alleviation in poverty-stricken areas,the function of vocational education can be exerted to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation in Guizhou,and provide rationality for relevant departments to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation and promote the development of Vocational Education in poverty-stricken areas in the future Strategy of feasibility and effectiveness.On the basis of consolidating the achievements and goals of Guizhou’s poverty alleviation,this paper discusses the Countermeasures of Guizhou’s vocational education for long-term poverty alleviation,and explores the new path of Guizhou’s vocational education development and reform.
