The combination of scientific and technological network means and teaching methods is the development trend of my country’s college physical education in recent years.As an important part of physical education in my country,public sports volleyball teaching in colleges and universities is an important guarantee for improving the physical quality of college students and an important measure to promote volleyball.Therefore,the innovation and development of college volleyball teaching methods and concepts is also imperative.This article takes the reform of the teaching method of public sports volleyball elective courses as the starting point to improve the effect of public sports volleyball teaching in colleges and universities,increase the interest of college students in volleyball learning,and provide new ideas for the reform of volleyball teaching.The main purpose is 78 students from Zhengzhou University in 2019.Students are the subjects of teaching experiment.Through a 16-week teaching experiment,the difference between the flipped classroom teaching method and the traditional teaching method in the public sports volleyball elective course is compared,and the questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,measurement method and experiment are used at the same time.Research methods such as law,through comparing the changes and differences of students’ special physical fitness,volleyball skills learning,and sports autonomous learning ability,to study the advantages of the flipped classroom teaching method.The research results of this paper are as follows: The experimental class and the control class have improved their scores in the volleyball technique items,in the volleyball technique project,the ball in the ball,the pass and the serve items,among which the students in the experimental class have improved more;in the special physical In terms of quality,the scores of the students in the experimental class and the control class in the 36-meter movement of badminton and volleyball have been significantly improved.The improvement in the performance of the experimental class students is higher than that of the control class students.In the 50-meter project,the control class and the experimental class In terms of students’ autonomous learning ability in sports,the initiative and enthusiasm of volleyball learning of the students in the experimental class have been significantly improved,while the improvement in the autonomous learning ability of students in the control class has been relatively small.By analyzing the data obtained from the experiment and the research process,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The flipped classroom teaching method can effectively improve the learning effects of padding,passing,and serving in the volleyball skills of college students,and the improvement of student performance is greater than that of students who adopt traditional physical education teaching methods.2.The flipped classroom teaching method can greatly improve students’ volleyball 36-meter movement and badminton throwing performance,which shows that it can effectively improve students’ mobility,starting speed and arm strength.3.the flipped classroom teaching method can improve students’ autonomous learning ability in sports in the three dimensions of learning motivation,learning process,and learning results,so that students’ volleyball learning initiative and enthusiasm can be improved,but there is no obvious improvement in the dimension of learning environment.Fourth,the students in the experimental class using the flipped classroom teaching method generally have a higher evaluation of the teaching platform design and teaching design of the flipped classroom teaching,and the flipped classroom teaching method can improve the efficiency of students’ physical learning. |
