A Comparative Study On The Offensive Ability Between The Core Defenders Of The Chinese Team And The Final Four In The 2019 Men's Basketball World Cup

In the rapid development of modern basketball today,the role of the core team defender is becoming more and more big,as a team's tactical commanders,defender play on the pitch is good or bad,largely affects the process of game,and what the core defender in the game show level also played a significant role in the result of the game.This paper attempts to find out the deficiencies of the Chinese team's core guards in the offensive ability through the comparative study of the Chinese team's core guards and the top four core guards in the 2019 Men's Basketball World Cup,so as to provide relevant suggestions for the selection and cultivation of the Chinese men's basketball backline at the grass-roots level in the future.In the process of the study,the author uses the method of literature,video observation,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and comparative analysis to analyze the offensive ability of the Chinese team's defenders and the four strong team's defenders in the course of the match,and draws the following conclusions:1.The scoring ability of China's core defenders is far lower than that of the top four teams:the main reason is that the core defenders of China's team have poor offensive ability to take the initiative to hold the ball,and their scoring methods are single.Most of them are three-point long-range shooting and fast-break counterattack layups.The scoring area is mainly concentrated outside the three-point line and under the basket,and the way of scoring in the middle distance(jump shot,throw shot)is less.In addition to its own technical characteristics,it has a certain relationship with the tactical system arranged by the coaches.2.China central defender in passing ability(assists passing ability,ability to quickly move the ball,ball breakthrough points)than among the four core team defender: the main reason is that China central defender for coach arrangement of tactical execution is poorer,when handling the ball more nervous and hesitation,the ball can better grasp the operation not accurate enough,the second is the passing of vision is not open,can't timely to the position of the ball to the most reasonable,it is difficult to make the best offense in the process of ball passing options.3.The physical quality and counterattack ability of Chinese core defenders are lower than those of the top four teams: the main reason is that the ability of Chinese core defenders to grasp one-on-one attack is poor,and the mastery of ending attack is not high.Secondly,the ability of fast attack is not strong,the ability to grasp defense and counterattack is poor,and the ability to judge the timing of independent attack is low.4.China central defender in the aspect of error(catch mistakes,dribbling,breakthrough,shooting,etc.)is built above the four core team defender: the primary reason is that in the process of China central defender in the game not concentrating,cooperate with not enough tacit understanding,choose the poor timing breakthrough,shooting improper choice.5.The shooting percentage of China's core guards is lower than that of the core guards of the top four teams;The main reason lies in the Chinese team's core guard in the high-intensity competition against,the shooting stability is not high,on the one hand is the heart rate and shooting memory problems,on the other hand is the shooting timing is not good,resulting in the low shooting rate,especially three-pointers and free throws.By referring to literature and watching videos related to the 2019 Men's Basketball World Cup,and according to the current situation of Chinese men's basketball guard players,this paper puts forward several main measures to improve the offensive ability of core guards of China Basketball Team:1.Improve the training mode of Chinese youth basketball echelon.2.Pay attention to the physical quality and confrontation ability training of Central defenders.3.Renew the coaching philosophy of coaches and improve their teaching level.4.Improve the competition system of domestic league(CBA,CUBA,NBL,etc).5.Enhance competition exchanges with foreign high-level teams.
