Sprint is a "physically dominated" speed sport.Throughout history,the professional training of Chinese sprinters is mostly traditional strength training,aiming to improve the competitive performance by exercising the athletes’ large muscle group and the terminal muscle strength of the limbs.Both coaches and athletes generally pay low attention to the core strength training,which makes the sprinters cannot always maintain the stable center of gravity in the competitive state,which is easy to lead to the deformation of technical movements and thus affect the performance.And the introduction of core strength training,can well solve this problem,at the same time,the core strength training in women’s sprint training is not deep,improve the core strength training in women’s sprint training,can promote the female sprinter power in upper and lower limbs,maintain body balance and stability,Therefore,the addition of core strength training is beneficial to the training practice of sprinters,can provide practical guidance for sprint training team.This study mainly uses the experimental method,with 20 female sprinters from the School of Physical Education as the experimental subjects.The results are as follows:1 Speed and quality index in experimental group 60 m,100 meters,strength quality index standing triple jump,standing jump,half squat;endurance quality index 800 meter timing run,1 minute push-up;flexible quality index sitting position front bend;sensitive quality index back running 10x4,cross-tension running 10x4,20 s repeated span;core stability index 1 minute bridge,1 minute sit-up,1 minute kneeling significant difference.2 Speed quality index of control group experiment 30 m,60 m,100 m,strength quality index set triple jump,standing long jump;endurance quality index 800 m time running,1-minute push-up;flexible quality index sitting position front bend;sensitivity quality index back running10x4,cross tension running 10x4,20 s repeated span;core stability index1-minute bridge,1-minute sit-up,1-minute kneeling.3 The Speed quality indexes of the test group and control group were60 m and 100 m;the triple jump and semi-squat,and the core stability was significantly different.The conclusions are as follows:1.core strength training can significantly improve the professional level of women sprinters,and the key indicators related to their sports ability have been improved to varying degrees,especially the strength quality indicators and speed quality indicators.2.Core strength training has a great role in promoting the core stability of women’s sprinters,which makes great progress in the core stability index of 1 minute elevation bridge(each),1 minute sit-ups(each),1 minute kneeling and squatting(each).3.The speed quality index of the trainees receiving the core strength training of 60 meters,100 meters and the strength quality index of the triple jump,vertical long jump and half squat results all showed a greater improvement compared with the control group of the traditional training mode.4.special training for women’s sprinter can introduce core strength training and requires a correct understanding of the importance of core strength training.Core strength training and the traditional strength training complement each other,but the core strength training is not the same as the traditional strength training;in the core strength training,to adjust the sports load according to the students’ physical state,grasp the strength of the training,to avoid the occurrence of sports injury.
