The development of basketball puts forward higher requirements for training.The development of modern training theory needs to re-examine the incoming strength training,and to carry out in-depth theoretical and practical learning of core strength training theories and methods.Core strength training is an important way of training special qualities and special skills for college basketball students.Therefore,through experiments,the effects of core strength training,traditional strength training,and the combination of core strength training and traditional strength training on the core muscle strength,core stability and basketball specific skills of basketball majors are studied.It is necessary to conduct practical explorations on core strength training,traditional resistance training,and training methods that combine core strength and traditional resistance training for basketball majors,and compare the three training programs to the core muscle strength,physical stability,and physical stability of basketball majors.The influence of special quality and special technology.On this basis,suggestions on the training methods of basketball majors are put forward to improve the comprehensive quality of basketball majors.The research object is the impact of core strength training on the athletic ability of college physical education major basketball students,and the experimental object is the2017-2019 physical education basketball major of Ludong University.The research method adopts literature method,expert interview method,experiment method and mathematical statistics method.The training time is 16 weeks in total,divided into 3groups according to the training content.The basketball students of the experimental group used the designed core strength training method,the control group students used the traditional strength training method,and the comprehensive group adopted the traditional strength training program with core strength as the supplement.The research results show that in the tests of plank support,side body dynamic column bridge support,and supine back bridge to evaluate core muscle strength,the combination of core strength and traditional strength training is more effective than core strength or traditional strength training alone.Improve the core muscle strength of basketball majors;in the evaluation of core stability,the eighth level of bent bridge,closed-eye single foot standing,fifth level of side bridge,and rotation stability,the combination of core strength and traditional strength training is used instead of alone Core strength or traditional strength training can effectively improve the nuclear stability of basketball majors;in the evaluation of basketball's special quality,the approach and touch are high and the full court fast dribble layup and the in-situ jump shot on the shoulder In the action,the combination of core strength and traditional strength training can effectively improve the special quality and special skills of basketball majors than the core strength or traditional strength training alone.It is recommended that in the training arrangements for basketball majors,traditional strength training should be the main focus,core strength training should be the main focus,and the training load should be strictly controlled to gradually improve the core muscle strength,core stability,special quality and special skills of students.
