Taijiquan is a traditional sport which contains traditional Chinese philosophy of Confucianism and Taoism,and is rich in health keeping and fitness as well as the effect of fighting and self-defense.There are various kinds of Taijiquan,with different styles of routine techniques and movements,and different effects on promoting human physiological functions.Slow disease population in our country and the construction of "Healthy China 2030" environment of background,this study in order to improve college students' bad posture and ease the idiopathic scoliosis to the discomfort of the college students' daily life,promoting the sustainable development of Taijiquan as the main research objective,through the review of relevant literature,from experts and scholars relevant Suggestions to Taiji Eight Methods and Five Steps practice for the main content of exercise intervention plans to carry out the experimental research,explore the Taijiquan exercise to improve college students caused by long-term adverse body posture of the effect of mild idiopathic scoliosis.This study adopts the method of literature,expert interview,experiment,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,by the method of Taiji Eight Methods and Five Steps influence on college students of idiopathic scoliosis correction as the research object,by selecting experiment into standard 16 non-professional sports level 2019 undergraduate students of hunan normal university as subjects,intervention experiment for 12 weeks,statistical analysis of the experimental group and control group before and after the experiment of each index test data,the results show that:(1)12 weeks of Taiji Eight Methods and Five Steps formal experiment after the intervention,the experimental group spine coronal Angle test data is significantly lower than the control group,which shoulders tilt Angle test data(P=0.021<0.05)difference is most significant in the three secondary indexes,further illustrate Taijiquan exercise intervention is helpful for the improvement of the spine coronal oblique Angle.(2)12 weeks of Taiji Eight Methods and Five Steps exercises to improve the experimental group subjects the right spin,lumbar left lumbar spin and spin on the right side of cervical vertebrae,lumbar flexion mobility on the right side has a good effect,after the experiment group eight secondary index test results while also present a positive growth trend,but compared with the control group after experimental test results,Statistically,the difference was not significant.(3)After 12 weeks of Taiji Eight Methods and Five Steps intervention,although the test data of the body stability ability of the experimental group showed a slightly positive growth trend,while the test data of the body stability ability of the control group showed a slightly negative growth trend,there was no significant difference in the test results of the body stability ability between the two groups before and after the experiment and within the group.(4)After the experiment,the low back dysfunction in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The research conclusion is as follows:(1)Twelve weeks of Taiji Eight Methods and Five Steps practice,can effectively reduce the oblique Angle of the coronal plane of the spine of the experimental group of subjects,especially in the improvement of the oblique Angle of the shoulder and hip.(2)Twelve weeks of Taiji Eight Methods and Five Steps practice,the left and right rotatory activity of the lumbar spine of the subjects in this study was significantly improved,followed by the left and right rotatory activity of the cervical spine,this may be because most of the movements of the Taiji Eight Methods and Five Steps routine need to use the technical characteristics of "loose waist and spine rotation".(3)In terms of trunk stability,there was no significant difference in the positive growth and change of the eight-level abdominal bridge test data of the experimental group compared with that before the experiment.(4)After 12 weeks of Taiji Eight Methods and Five Steps,Oswestry low back pain scores decreased in the experimental group and increased in the control group,and the test data of the two groups were significantly different.Therefore,this intervention exercise can effectively reduce subjects' subjective feelings of lumbar and back dysfunction.
