With the development of economy environment and technology, the consumer electronics and luxury industry has been rapid development. Providing appearance parts production for consumer electronics and luxuries helps small enterprise survival, the scale of whom is also expand rapidly. However, these small enterprises face the serious challenge of quality. Many small businesses started from standard parts without high quality requirements, when demand is changing into more customization, huge order amount and high quality requirements, the small businesses gradually expose problems of quality management. They can only produce larger quantity than requirements to offset the problem of low yield rate of the products. This is the only method in order to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the market. But this pattern of operations has also brought a series of problems. The production of larger quantity then picking out good product pattern will cause the higher requirements of hardware and software, affecting the actual delivery capacity. The defective rate is high leads to the rise of production cost. The supply chain upstream and downstream enterprises need to bear the higher risk of undetected defect products. Therefore using of some quality management methods of quality to help enterprise scientific management will improve the production yield and help to control the overall product supply chain quality risk.In this paper, through the research on the nine steps of quality management method, the methodology is applied to actual production, conducts a series of experiments base in enterprise. The application of nine steps has ultimately reduce product defective rate, improve overall product yield, makes the enterprise get invisible improve delivery capacity, while reducing the quality risk of the whole in the supply chain.
