The fundamental task of colleges and universities is to establish moral integrity in cultivation.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Communist Party of China(CPC)Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has placed the ideological and political work in colleges and universities in a more prominent position.Moral education work in colleges and universities has been continuously strengthened,and on the whole,remarkable results have been achieved and a good development trend has been shown.However,compared with the situation and tasks,the current moral education work in colleges and universities still needs to be further strengthened and improved.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out: "Our country has a unique history,unique culture,and unique national conditions.This determines that our country must take its own path of higher education development." The opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on strengthening and improving the ideological and political work of colleges and universities under the new situation emphasize the need to "implement the Chinese cultural heritage project and promote the integration of Chinese excellent traditional culture into education and teaching." Yangming's theory of "Sends the Conscience" is the innovative development of Confucian moral education theory,which contains rich moral education resources.Integrating "Sends the Conscience" into moral education in colleges and universities is of great significance for implementing the relevant spirit of the central government and promoting the strengthening and improvement of moral education in colleges and universities.The most basic goal of moral education in colleges and universities is to "cultivate the foundation,enlighten the mind,and nourish the soul",and guide students to continuously improve their moral cultivation in self-education.And Wang Yangming's theory of “to conscience” solves the inner relationship between moral cognition,moral emotion,moral will,and moral practice in philosophy,directs moral cultivation to the human heart,and advocates the pursuit of returning to the original heart and self.The path of the country emphasizes moral self-education.Therefore,the ontology of "conscience ontology","integration of knowledge and action",and "training in matter" of the theory of "intuitive knowledge" and the theory of art work are mutually integrated with the ideological connotation and practical methods of moral education in colleges and universities.From the establishment of moral ontology to the unity of knowledge and action,from moral education first to moral cultivation,from the return of human nature to the life world,from individual consciousness to emotional communication,the integration of "conscience" theory into college moral education has rich practical value.Based on these practical values,in view of the current shortcomings and weaknesses of moral education in colleges and universities,we should further innovate the concept of moral education in colleges and universities from three aspects: calling for students' subjective consciousness,cultivating college students' moral wisdom,and paying attention to college students' moral practice.The content of moral education in colleges and universities is further enriched from five aspects:professional ethics,human care and life emotions,self-consciousness of all things in the world,ecological wisdom and sincere benevolence.In addition,further reform the methods of moral education in colleges and universities from three aspects: precise moral education,full-situation moral education,and cultivation of college students to develop self-discipline morality;adhere to the principle of "being morals first" and then "improving their abilities" to further improve the scientific evaluation system.At the same time,it is necessary to go beyond the limitations of "to conscience",strengthen system construction,and strengthen moral interference with college students.
