Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Marxist Ideology Education In Private Colleges And Universities

Ideology is the spiritual pillar that sustains the survival and development of a country,and determines the direction and development path of culture.Colleges and universities are an important field for spreading ideology,and it is even more necessary to uphold the guiding position of Marxism,to spread Marxist theoretical knowledge to the majority of teachers and students,and to cultivate firm Marxist advocates.In contemporary China,the ideological education of college students is based on Marxist ideology and teaching activities for college students at school.With the continuous development of world politics and economy,the education of Marxist ideology for college students in our country also needs to keep pace with the times and actively respond to various challenges.Western capitalist values will have an impact on the current three views of youth.The current Marxist ideological education in colleges and universities is also facing severe challenges,especially private colleges and universities,due to the school-running system and other issues,the problems are relatively prominent.Therefore,this article selects some private colleges and universities in Hubei Province as the research object to conduct in-depth education on Marxist ideology for students in private colleges.,Comprehensive and systematic research,with strong pertinence.This paper uses questionnaires to understand the status quo and main problems in the process of ideological education in private colleges and universities,uses literature research methods to explore deep-seated causes and challenges,and finally combines various research methods to think about and propose optimization paths.The second part of the article defines basic concepts such as private colleges and ideologies,and elaborates on the content of Marxist ideology and Marxist ideology education in colleges and universities.The third part uses a carefully designed questionnaire to conduct a questionnaire survey on some private college students in Hubei Province,and understand that the Marxist ideological education of private college students has imperfect party organizations,lack of student patriotic beliefs,rigid and single educational content and methods,and quality of the teaching staff.We need to improve and analyze the reasons for these problems.They are mainly due to the school-running system of private colleges and universities,the impact of the Internet,and the lack of solid theoretical foundation of the teaching staff.Finally,corresponding countermeasures are proposed.One is to strengthen the leadership of the party;the other is to strengthen Team building;the third is to innovate the methods and methods of education;the fourth is to give play to the subjective initiative of students;the fifth is to build a family-school-society joint education mechanism.Through the research of this article,I hope to provide a reference for improving the Marxist ideological education system in private colleges and universities,and make due contributions to the healthy and sustainable development of private colleges and universities.
