Research On The Present Situation And Path Of Red Culture Education In Colleges And Universities

Red culture is an important part of the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics and the spiritual wealth of the Chinese nation.College students in the new era are the backbone of the cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics,as well as the main force of inheriting red culture and red genes.Therefore,it is imperative to do a good job of red culture education in colleges and universities.This paper systematically discusses and studies red culture education in colleges and universities from four aspects: theoretical inquiry,empirical research,problem reasons and path exploration.The first part points out that the red culture education in colleges and universities is the school teachers,leaders,the party organization,community,class education in colleges and universities such as the main body on the theory of marxist guidance,to enhance the historical literacy,strengthen the ideal and faith,bear consciousness education target,development and utilization of creation in the great revolution and construction practice of "people,things,things,soul" red resources,Through the function of theoretical teaching and practice,college students are encouraged to carry forward the fine red tradition and inherit the good red gene.It is a kind of college education practice activity aimed at cultivating red culture inheritors who are red,professional,idealistic and responsible.The second part,through the network questionnaire and interview survey of college students,summarizes the experience from the achievements of red culture education in colleges and universities,and also finds some problems.The main performance is as follows: in the aspect of organizing activities,emphasis on the form but light on the content;In the aspect of propaganda and education,teaching means lack of attraction;In terms of educational effect,students' historical accomplishment,ideal and belief,and responsibility need to be enhanced.The third part points out that a series of problems of red culture education in colleges and universities are caused by the lack of implementation of school work,the need to strengthen teachers' subjective consciousness,the constant change of students' ideological needs and the intersection and conflict of multiple cultures in society.The fourth part combines the factors that influence college red culture education mentioned above to explore from four aspects of management path,theory path,practice path and publicity path,and proposes to pay close attention to the implementation of the work,and form positive resultant force of red culture education through scientific formulation of planning,scientific construction mechanism and scientific integration of main body advantages.It is necessary to strengthen the teaching ability by optimizing the content of education,allocating educational resources,and optimizing the discourse expression to add the color of the red theory to life.Must change education thinking,blend in the red culture into the health education,entrepreneurship,employment in volunteer activities to boost the construction of innovative red,to create a good environment,through creating atmosphere of spiritual edification,immersed in visual refactoring infections,giving full play to the advantages of network media matrix for publicity and education to spread the spirit of the red age charm,Effectively enhance the effect of red culture education in colleges and universities.
