Employment is an important guarantee for people's livelihood.It is the constant ruling principle of the Communist Party of China to ensure the right of workers to obtain employment and constantly improve the people's living standard.College graduates are precious human resources,are an important group of employment,only to realize full employment,can play a key role in the talents,to enhance our capability of independent innovation,and the objective requirements of the implementation strategy of talent strategy and building a well-off society.However,the problem of employment of college graduates has become a common concern of social problems and the focus of the problem,need to how to help the students out of the campus of colleges to get jobs and maintain their survival and development has gradually risen to the Chinese government to resolve the employment problem,the core issues and formulate relevant supporting policies and mechanisms of.With the social change and development,in 2006,according to the needs of social development,Tibet began to fully implement the "two-way choice and self employment" college graduates employment policy.In comparison,the employment mechanism reform of college graduates in Tibet although relatively late,development progress is relatively slow,but the implementation of the policy,to solve the employment problem of college graduates in Tibet is quite effective.However,from the data analysis will find that the current "public recruit" is still the most important employment channels for college graduates in Tibet,the number of public positions for many years is still high.However,a basic objective fact is that the capacity for carrying capacity of government organs and institutions is limited.At present,the employment policy implemented in Tibet lacks sustainability and needs to be reformed and improved.Based on the empirical study on the employment policy of the graduates of Tibetan colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the problems and the shortcomings of the employment policy of Tibetan college graduates in the light of the employment situation of Tibetan college graduates and the current employment policy of Tibetan college graduates in recent years.The employment of college graduates in the current area has the highest overall employment rate in the district,the public unit is the main target of the graduates,the area is the main employment destination of graduates,most of the graduates think that the employment situation has begun to grim and so on,And put forward the university graduatesemployment policy in the future to focus on broadening the employment channels,promoting the diversification of the employment industry;encourageinggrass-roots employment,improving basic services;improving the coordination mechanism between the main policy;strengthening policy propaganda;enhancing the scientific and sustainable policy,Through the research of this paper,it is expected that the research results will make every effort to improve the employment policy of Tibetan college graduates.
