Most of them were born in rural towns, after graduating, mostly live in villages of the city. They’ve received good education, but most of them have low income and unstable job. They are the backbone of the future society construction, but the current residence status is not be concerned. our social and economic is transforming now, Their residence status is becoming an important social problem. In view of this, this paper is a investigation for housing and guarantee of low-income college graduates, then take current experience at home and abroad for example, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasure and the suggestion, let more low-income college graduates can enjoy benefits from the city’s housing safeguard.The paper discusses the content as follows:The first part pose the background and significance of the paper, situation of research at home and abroad, the analytical research methods and ideas.
