| In 2010,the central government made an important decision to carry out a new round of Counterpart Assistance in Xinjiang,opening a multi angle and all-round effective mechanism for Counterpart Assistance in Xinjiang’s economy,health care,education and industry.Among them,education is the top priority of the whole aid work in Xinjiang.Aksu is one of the important areas for the state to support Xinjiang.Two cities and seven counties in Aksu area and alar city in the first agricultural division of Xinjiang production and Construction Corps are supported by Zhejiang Province.Aksu area is the fortress of education development in southern Xinjiang.Since the implementation of the policy of national counterpart support to Xinjiang,after more than ten years of building,the counties and cities in Aksu region have undergone earth shaking changes,with rapid economic development,medical technology progress,industrial concentration and empowerment,and remarkable results in the field of education.The author collected and collated the research results and related literature of scholars,and conducted three field surveys in Aksu region.The longest one was a four month survey in Aksu City in September 2020.A total of 21 primary and secondary schools and related teachers were interviewed,and more than ten music aid activities and lectures by famous teachers’ studios were participated,It lays a solid foundation for the later stage of thesis writing.Based on the research results of relevant literature and the author’s first-hand field data,taking the national aid policy in Xinjiang as the research background,this paper makes a comprehensive comparison and Research on the current situation of music education in primary and secondary schools in Aksu area by using the methods of field investigation,interview analysis and other methods combined with the relevant theoretical knowledge of music education,and aims at the national aid policy in Xinjiang to provide a reference for the music education of primary and secondary schools in southern Xinjiang In the past few years,the author has carried on the thorough ponder on the positive influence.This paper mainly includes the following five parts:The first part is the introduction.This paper mainly introduces the reasons of the topic selection,related research results,research purpose and significance,research methods and so on.The second part is the definition of related concepts.This paper distinguishes and defines the three concepts of aid policy,education aid and aid teachers.The third part is the survey of primary and secondary education and music education in Aksu area.This part makes a brief description of the regional culture,education and music education in Aksu area.The fourth part is a case study of music education in primary and secondary schools in Aksu under the policy of aiding Xinjiang.In this part,the author selects 5 primary and secondary schools from 21 primary and secondary schools which have the greatest impact on all aspects of the policy in Xinjiang as a case study.From the perspectives of schools,teachers and students,this paper expounds the changes and effects of music education in primary and secondary schools before and after the implementation of the policy.The fifth part is the Enlightenment of the aid policy to the development of music education in primary and secondary schools in southern Xinjiang.This paper discusses the Enlightenment of music education in primary and secondary schools in southern Xinjiang from four parts: the support of national policies for education in southern Xinjiang,the emphasis of schools on the development of music education,the active exploration of music teachers,and the realization of educational goals. |
